Great chill vibe in downtown Bellevue. Although technically a bank, the staff are super welcoming and don't try to sell you on any banking products or services. Big time discounts on coffee drinks if you have a Capital One credit card.
Went in on a weekday to study with a friend, the space is really big and they have a ton of tables inside for working. I love how they also have meeting rooms that can be reserved in advanced, along with ones specifically for students and non-profit orgs. And of course they have bank services available as well. Capital One card holders also get 50% off drinks. Came to get matcha, but they were out of matcha, so I had to opt for coffee instead. I really liked the iced cherry mocha I got, it was a spring seasonal drink. Drink's a bit on the sweet side, but it was strong. Food's more of the breakfast/grab-and-go style, not the place to go if you're looking for solid lunch options. I'd recommend it as more of a brunch/drink spot to work at. Overall, I highly recommend and would go back again.

Tip: 3 hour validated parking during the week in the South Lincoln Garage only This place offers a very nice space to work. It had tables and conference room. The drinks are pretty good since the cafe uses Verve coffee. I like the seasonal drinks, like Cinnamon Maple Latte (hot) . Definitely recommend this cafe. It's worth it to buy a drink just for the validated parking alone.
I've always wondered who is going to need that until I did, it's a fantastic idea. Plenty of tables to find a workspace, either downstairs or upstairs. They even have closed off mini offices, but I assume you have to reserve those? At least all of them were taken the complete time I was there. The space is light, bright and airy and it wasn't too loud. The cafe downstairs offers great drinks (50% off if you are a capital one customer) and even some snacks. They got water, juice etc for sale, so you can take advantage of a flexible space to get some work done. There is staff from Capital One that can help with account questions etc, I didn't have time to do that (work called lol)... but I might do that down the road. They validate for 3h at the garage downstairs also, so easy to get it and out.

I love coming to the Capital One Café in Bellevue for a productive morning. It's such a bright, open space, though it can get pretty crowded with people working, so you have to be quick to snag a table! Cherry Vanilla Matcha Latte: This was such a unique find! I'm usually a matcha purist, but the matcha flavor was very rich and authentic. Adding the cherry vanilla gave it a nice subtle sweetness and a floral note that paired surprisingly well with the earthy tea. I also grabbed a breakfast sandwich, and it was the perfect fuel for a long study/work session. It was served warm, and the quality was much better than your average "bank cafe" food. The biggest perk is definitely the 50% discount for Capital One cardholders. Getting a high-quality matcha latte for half price in downtown Bellevue is an unbeatable deal.

We tried their handcrafted coffees not a huge fan, I'd go for a cappuccino next time, but can't complain given that these were free drinks. This cafe has a lot of seating! If you want to meet up with friends, study, or work this is multifunctional! They even have rooms you can reserve if you want some privacy or a quiet environment! The coffee is cafe verve and is good! The sauces are mixed in house and make the flavors really stand out! I was even impressed with mocha and pumpkin spice latte! The cafe was running a promotion and service was a bit backed up, but the staff were nice and drinks were great!
I enjoy coming to this location with my parent. Quick to order, consistent drinks and lots of space to sit. Always clean and good price!
Located in the relatively new Lincoln Square South, this location of Capital One's numerous cafés is an open-concept, industrial-chic, modern space serving up Verve coffee and other assorted drinks and food items, along with various amenities such as free WiFi, lots of tables and chairs, and employees on-site to have a banking conversation if you're interested. I stopped into the Café at around 10:15am on a Tuesday (they open at 10am), and it was about half-full. They immediately took my order of a 12oz drip coffee (usually $4.25, but I had a free drink coupon), and it was ready within 30 seconds. They also have all the other typical beverage options of any other café (e.g. lattes, mochas, teas, etc.), as well as some specialty items (cinnamon ginger latte, anyone?), and they have baked items as well as some lighter breakfast options. Cardholders get half off all handcrafted beverages when paying with their Capital One debit/credit card, which is also an added bonus (otherwise, prices are pretty on-par with a standard coffee shop in the Bellevue area). My coffee was standard, nothing special - it tasted a bit burnt, but it's sourced from Verve Coffee Roasters (Roast Magazine's Roaster of the Year in 2024), so it's definitely not bad! The space is airy and bright, with two floors and lots of natural light streaming in from floor-to-ceiling windows. This was a great space to work for a couple of hours, complete with numerous charging stations. Even half-full, the ambiance was quiet and calm, and I was able to get a lot done. Overall, even if you don't bank with Capital One, this is a quiet café space with decent coffee, and I would certainly recommend it!

I normally have positive experiences in Capital One Cafes (I love love love the Seattle location!) but this one left a very poor impression. The location is decent - right in the heart of Bellevue near Bellevue Square / Lincoln Square, so it makes sense this cafe is also busy. Also, I went here Monday for the free coffee for the MLB Mondays so I expected a bit of a wait. But I did not expect a 1 hour wait at 7pm when they close at 9pm, and there were maybe 15 people ahead of me (unsurprisingly, in this economy, people go to great lengths, myself included, for freebies even though coffee this late at night is going to absolutely destroy my sleep) But the issue is less of the crowds. Seattle location had much more people in line, yet the baristas are pumping out drink after drink about one minute a drink. The analogy I can give is a well-oiled machine. Even in the early afternoons in Seattle, 35 people in front of me, less than 30 minutes wait. The staff here need a bit more training, to be honest. It is similarly 1-2 people working and 1 person taking the order, but somehow this location is 3x less efficient? Seating wise, this place is frankly a bit too small. I get Seattle one is large due to larger foot traffic, but Bellevue isn't a small town either. There is a second floor but like half as much seating, so even at 7pm, it was quite hard to find a clean table. I got the iced blueberry ube latte with an extra espresso shot. The drink itself was decent, but I did not taste any ube or blueberry (it was much more fragrant in the matcha one) so maybe the coffee drowned out the flavors quite significantly or they were skimping on ingredients in this location. I ended up just saving almost the entire drink for the next morning, however. I gave an extra star for the general generosity of Capital One and free coffee, but I certainly would not pay what was $10.50 for this drink at all if the quality is the same as that on a normal day. read more

I'm doing a long day of training for a new job I'm starting next door so I thought I'd check out Capital One Cafe. I love the vibes here aestetically and with it being next door, I may need to make it my new hangout spot for work breaks. It's not overly busy, very clean and there is soooo much space so there's plenty of options on where to sit! I got a small honey lavender latte and it was amazing!! Very high quality tasting coffee with the perfect amount of flavor which isn't always easy to accomplish on floral drinks so props to the barista on that! I also had avocado toast with sliced boiled egg added.. it was okay but a bit too salty for my personal taste and it fell apart easily after taking a bite unfortunately and the egg just went all over the table. That was a little disappointing since i just spent a little over $20 for a small latte and a piece of toast with avocado, seasoning and a boiled egg but I'm open to giving the food here another try, I'll just get something completely different like a sandwich next time to go with my coffee. The cashier didn't seem that friendly as she didn't smile and gave me a kind of odd look during and after I ordered but aside from that and the overpriced salty avocado toast, it was a good experience. I'm not a capital one card holder currently but i may just open up a debit card with them as capital one card holders can get half off their coffee which is a pretty sweet deal for coffee in a bougie area such as this one! I'd give it 4.5 stars overall. read more

If you have Capital One cards, you get a straight 50% discount. Good environment to work. If you have a capital one card - you should definitely go in here. If not you should consider some other place. Nothing bad to say but I was left a bit unimpressed with the coffee in here. read more
Grabbed a latte while hanging out in Bellevue. I didn't know that this place existed. When I heard that cardholders get a pretty big discount, I gave it a try. The drink was pretty good even though I don't like coffee. The ambiance was nice as well. It was a mix of corporate bank and generic modern cafe but that was totally fine. It was spacious and clean, which is what matters most I think. Tons of seating options too. The service was quick and polite too! read more

Hard to beat 50% off and spacious seating! If I had to choose between C1 Cafe and a local coffee shop, it would be difficult for me to not choose the C1 Cafe. Having a C1 card, the 50% off drinks is just too enticing. And the drinks also were quite good! Not the best, but good enough, in my opinon. One downside is, there is only 1 barista who was taking orders, making the coffee, and basically manning the entire cafe, while there were maybe 5 or so bankers standing around doing nothing. I get that the C1 cafe is a bank first and foremost, but service would be greatly improved with just 1 more barista working the coffee :) less "banking", more "reimagined" read more

Right downtown smack dab in Bellevue you have Capital One Cafe. You don't have to be a card holder member to enter however, you get some neat perks such as half off signature drinks if you do have a Capital One card. The service, drinks, and atmosphere here is phenomenal. The building itself is spectacular and very aesthetic. Highly recommend to check it out if you're visiting the Bellevue Mall as it's right across the street. read more

I love love love Capital One Cafés! This is the perfect place to work, read, or just enjoy a quick drink. The staff are always kind, greeting you immediately when you walk in. The baristas are knowledgeable, and the Peet's coffee they serve is consistently great! The space here is unmatched by any other coffee shop I've been to, as you are able to spread out and enjoy the light without worrying about it being too crowded ever. It's the ideal work from home spot. I also love the deals that the café runs, like one dollar drinks in the afternoon and 50% off for card holders. I think a common misconception is that you have to bank with capital one to visit, but that just gives you an added bonus; anyone is welcome! read more
My first bad review for the cafe, I didn't think it would happen but here we are. When I found out that they switched their coffee from Peet's to Verve, I was super curious because I actually like Peet's. I opted for the specialty honey lavender latte and was so disappointed. I drank less than 1/4 and threw it away. The coffee was so burnt tasting that I didn't have it in me to finish it. You couldn't taste the honey or lavender, just sort of blandish sweet burnt coffee. My friend got the cardamom latte and said hers was burnt tasting also but she said her drink was drinkable. Overall, service was good but quality for me went down. I moved away from the Eastside and always made it a point to come here when I lived close because the drinks were good, guess that's not a thing anymore. read more

It's about the same as Starbucks. Because the place is huge, the sound reverberates around the space, making it sound louder at times. You definitely need noise-cancellation headphones.
