Let me set the scene....
It's a lovely, sunny, summer's day and you're in Worcester. You've been looking around all the nice shops and visited a few of the sights, and now you feel like a nice relaxing drink to unwind. You could do a LOT worse than visiting the Diglis House Hotel.
Just a few minutes walk from the town centre, and with a lovely long beer garden, set right on the bank of the river severn, there are very few places that offer such a pleasant way to while away an hour or so.
The beer is great. The food is lovely (if a little pricey in some areas) and the atmosphere is fantastic - you won't find any drunken louts at The Diglis, just a good crowd of people.
Dogs are welcome and water bowls are available should you decide to bring Fido along with you. There is also free WiFi access, although you may struggle to get online if you're sat towards the far end of the beer garden.
All in all, a fantastic place for a pint (or two, or three)..! read more
