    I wrote a review on March 14 about my frustration with the delay in receiving my build. Since then, the company worked to get my workstation out quickly and even overnighted it which I greatly appreciate. It arrived in excellent condition and is exactly what I ordered and no issues. While the communication could've been better early on, it got much better when I reached out to them with my concerns. I believe the delay in my build got caught up in the GPU shortage that everyone is experiencing so I don't fault them for that. I am revising my rating to Good.

    Just in case you are thinking about buying from them, don't. These are lies. They sent me a non working $4,000 pc and REFUSED to do anything. They ignored my pleas for assistance and when I finally got mad and dropped an F bomb in an email, they banned me from tech support lmao. It's actually that the defective 3090 founders edition They sold me was DOA. they refused to replace it with what I paid for. Forced garbage, a lesser quality GPU on me and ignored me when I complained. Now they won't respond. This was sensitive alexis' email. Stay away, they will rip you off ****added 11/7/23 AFTER digital storms lying response. Sounds great, try responding to my emails. You don't, and have ignored me for months. Truth is, you ripped ne off, and played possum. You and your staff are Liars. Shall I post the entire email string?

    I see some mixed reviews online, but I bought an Aventum X (pretty much the standard model that's around 4 grand) in March of 2024 and it has been very solid. Here's my honest feedback Pros -- Very Stable Machine - No crashes, no hardware issues out of box. -- Very Responsive Customer Service - I had some special considerations in my order and they even called me and talked through it. Very good about getting back to me. -- Good Warranty and Upgrade Options -- Insanely Quiet Cons -- Ship Time (When they say 20 business days, they'll take every bit of that and a bit more). Be prepared to wait around a month. -- Case Design. The Aventum X's proprietary case design could use a few improvements. These include a hinged door to access one side of the PC, instead of a very heavy and awkward tempered glass pane you have to line up just so (2-person job basically) to re-adhere. Also, a port on the top of the tower to pour in liquid cooling so you're not unscrewing a tank in the middle of your case next to the video card, etc. would be genius. Also, due to elevation changes, etc. during shipping it can be VERY challenging getting the cap off the reservoir. You will almost definitely need the strap wrench provided. The Hot Swap bay drawers are a bit wonky - they're fine, but you have to line up the "sleeves" for the hard drives, and it could be easier (like a snap in version I've seen on other hot swaps). Finally, some wheels for this bad boy or a rolling stand offered as an optional add-on would be GREAT. We ended up building a rolling stand. -- Use of all 8 Hot Swap SATA bays - Due to new motherboards phasing out SATA, most boards only offer 4 Sata Connections. So if you want to use the other 4 Bays and run more than 4 SATA drives, you'll have to add a PCI to SATA card. Not the end of the world, but its an additional purchase and if you are running a RAID it can cause some additional considerations. Also, the SATA cables (like in many large cases) don't reach the PCI card slot to get to the adapter - without SATA extenders. Again not a hugely expensive thing, but something else to keep in mind. It would be nice if they used longer SATA cables that have enough length in the larger cases like the Aventum. For over 4,000 bucks - these are considerations that would be appreciated. So in the end, if you're on the fence - don't be. Its a good machine, good warranty, great support, and an absolute beast. Just be prepared for the sheer size of it.

    Laptop screen came completely off the lid housing within a year of having the laptop and they refuse to fix it.

    I ordered a laptop from DS in Oct 2021, and within a few months, the screen was separating from the lid housing. On April 14, 2022, I sent it in to be repaired. I received it back on May 8, 2022, supposedly repaired. The screen started separating from the lid housing within a couple of weeks. I contacted them again and sent it back for repairs again on July 25, 2022. Again they kept it for close to a month for repairs and returned it to me on Aug 11, 2022. Within a week the screen was separating from the lid housing again. I contacted them on Aug 21, 2022, to let them know I was not happy about this terrible customer service and that my laptop was still broken and had never been fixed. They replied, "We have received your unsatisfactory feedback, a Digital Storm supervisor will review your feedback and be in touch with you shortly to find a resolution that will hopefully change your experience..." I haven't heard from them since... they have the worst quality product and even worse customer service. Do not buy anything from these people, ever! I will not recommend this company to anyone, ever. Very disappointed in this company, their product and their service.

His prices are good & quite fair. On a personal note he's a nice person too. Although I pride myself with my own diagnostic knowledge, Thai is on another level. He's my Go-To person for questions and any problem solving. Thankfully, his products have been so good, it's been rare I have had to call him for anything. Thai at ART Computers, Inc. will continue to be someone I do business with for a long time. I suggest you give him a try if you haven't yet. Store inventory is also reflected on the website which is helpful. Staff were wearing uniforms and were friendly. The store was pretty cramped though.

    I really want to rely on this location for my professional and creative projects, but after…read moremultiple attempts, the inconsistency has become impossible to ignore. For a "pro-level" printing hub, the experience consistently falls short of the mark. Here are the primary pain points that continue to stall my workflow: * Knowledge Gaps & Technical Friction: There is a significant disparity in the expertise of the staff. When you are paying for professional print services, you expect the team to understand paper weights, bleed margins, and finish types. Unfortunately, I often find myself explaining the basics of my own file requirements to staff who seem unfamiliar with their own equipment's capabilities. * Online Order Discrepancies: The online ordering system allows you to select specific dimensions and finishing options, yet these instructions are frequently ignored. Most recently, I requested a custom cut for a project--a service clearly offered and paid for online--only to be told at pickup that they "don't do that here" or "the machine is down." It defeats the purpose of "Store Pickup" if the project isn't actually ready to the requested specifications. * Operational Silos: The biggest hurdle is the lack of cross-training. If the dedicated print associate is on a break or off-shift, the rest of the floor staff is either unable or unwilling to assist. I've stood at an empty counter while multiple employees walked by, only to be told that no one else has the login or the training to simply hand over a completed order or check a status. The Bottom Line: If you have a simple, standard-sized document to print, you might be fine. But for anything involving custom dimensions, professional finishing, or a tight deadline, the lack of accountability and technical skill makes this location a gamble. Until they invest in better staff training and bridge the gap between their online promises and in-store execution, I'll be taking my business to a dedicated local print shop.
