Then around 7:45 they called me saying they wouldn't be done by 8:30 and asking if they could come the next day or stay later. I said to stay later and I would work it out with my renter. Got a call 5 minutes later with them openly lying to me, claiming they went to Home Depot and they were closed, so now claiming they couldn't complete it that night. Home Depot closes at 10 pm. It is a nationwide chain and even I know this. I asked them which home depot it was and they refused to reply, while I could hear them typing on a laptop (meaning they were not at / had not gone to Home Depot at all. Anyways, point being, they are completely okay lying to their customers, and won't follow through with their work. Just awful to work with.

Hours after they left, my neighbor called to tell me that her water had been running on full blast for who-knows-how-long, because they had left hours before she called me. The only way she realized it was because there was water flooding in the street. She told me to go check mine and yes my water hose was still running on full blast hours after they left. That was so inconsiderate of them. There were about five of them working, and they did a lot of work that day so I gave each a $20 tip. They did not say thank you, which seemed a bit rude, but I still think they deserve to tip because of the work they did. They did leave a few things undone such as not painting the shoe molding to match the floor, but I called Donnie and he had a different worker come over and finish up the few things that needed to be done that next day. Overall, after the whole process has finished I am definitely happy with my flooring. I just wanted to be sure to give an honest review of my full experience. I had a list of the usual handyman-type tasks that needed to be done - replacing an electrical outlet, replacing the puck lights above my kitchen sink, replacing the weatherstripping around a door and painting a room, plus one bigger job - replacing an exterior French door.
