The house had the living room was reconfigured (walls taken down). 2. The installation of a new hardwood flooring the whole house, 3. old fire place was removed, 4. new panoramic windows installed, 5. raised recess floors to an even level throughout the house.6. updated the lighting of the entire house. 7. the house had texture and we taped and made it smooth for a better even look. 8. Painted the entire house and after consulting with Pedro and the structural engineer we came up with a new project for our dreamed kitchen. We will get the permit and start the new project In the year 2026 as my husband and I are saving money for this exciting project. Pedro is an amazing carpenter, honest and he brings true love and passion to his trade. He offers a fair competitive price and he initially gave us 2 months to complete the work and everything was done in 30 days as he worked 6 days a week to deliver our home earlier as we were paying rent elsewhere and that bothered him. We completely redid our laundry room and needed to replace built in cabinets in our TV room and built a large outdoor shed. We hired Mike and his team to completely gut and redo our kitchen, master bath, and master bedroom…read more In addition, we asked for a face lift on the guest bath and new hardwoods throughout the house. There literally wasn't a room in the house that we didn't touch. We originally got 4 quotes on the job and Mike's quote was in the middle range but it was the most complete quote, and he also spent a lot of time even before we signed the contract answering our questions and walking us through each line item. For two people who had never gone through a major renovation before this was incredibly helpful. He originally told us it would take 3 - 4 months to complete the job and everyone who we talked to, who had been through a renovation, told us to expect at least double that. True to his word, Mike and his team completed the work in under 4 months and this was after we were delayed by two weeks when they had to fix shotty work that had been done before we moved in. In addition Mike was very conscious of our budget. He helped us pick cost efficient products and often helped us located less expensive alternatives when he knew of a good option. On the other hand, he and his team are very committed to high quality work and would also let us know if it was worth it to spend the extra money on certain items. If there were places where we could save money by doing the work ourselves, Mike worked with us to let us do that which was a huge plus for us. Throughout the process Mike and his head carpenter Luiz were responsive and did a great job of keeping the whole team on task. In addition, either Mike or Luis were on-site monitoring the work almost every day. This is not a company where you never see the general contractor. I also have to say they were both incredibly responsive to our calls and emails. We are both extremely detail oriented people and Mike took the time to answer all of our questions and he responded in a timely manner. The final product couldn't have turned out better. We have had people tell us that our house looks like it came out of a magazine. And, they are right...it turned out amazingly well, on-time, and within budget!! I would recommend Mike, Luiz, and the rest of the team to anyone.

He replied to my email inquiry very quickly, he came onsite to assess the job and sent me a detailed, professional quote that night, as promised. The quote was extremely affordable and transparent. While at the house to assess the job for the quote, Auggie took measurements for me to tell me the tub dimensions I'd need and his recommended sizes for the vanity, etc. He was very friendly and I immediately trusted him. His team was flexible and accommodating with their scheduling. They were able to start as soon as all the essential materials arrived. The team did great work; they arrived early and worked continuously all day, only taking one break for lunch. Our project was executed during covid; the team wore masks the entire time and maintained social distance during interactions. We felt extremely safe with the team in our home. Covid aside, the team was extremely orderly and clean; they put down protective floor coverings, kept the job site organized, and cleaned up the job site thoroughly everyday. Throughout the entire process, Auggie was honest, he kept within our budget, worked hard and fast, and never disappointed us. At the end of the project, Auggie did a walk through and gave us a folder that included a summary sheet with line items of all material expenses and hard copies of all the original receipts - I was shocked.
