Super flavorful, cooked right, and not overcomplicated. Just a solid, satisfying bite every time. The birria burger with the dipping sauce was the standout though. Crispy edges, rich flavor, and that consommé on the side to dunk it in took it to another level. It gets messy but that is kind of the point. Had to add a side of sweet potato fries too. Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and the perfect balance to all that burger action. They definitely showed up for Burger Week.
