The Knowledge and service we receive goes above and beyond expectations. Recently my wife washed our key fob through the laundry destroying the circuit board in the fob making the minivan go crazy beeping, not starting, doors opening, etc. They ordered and reprogrammed the key for our van. We had a flat tire on our car and instead of ordering all new tires they actually repaired the damaged tire at a fraction of the cost. I had a complete overhaul of my 2009 Toyota Venza done by them two years ago because it was stalling out and bad things were starting to happen. I was kind of nervous to have all that work done because the car is up there in miles at 150k+. The Venza has run like a top ever since and I think about all the money they saved me as a result. The car still runs great and I've had to just do basic maintenance ever since. I don't usually write many reviews but these guys definitely deserve it. Overall if you take your car, truck or van there, you'll thank me. The place is clean, the owner John is super friendly, they know what they're talking about and not once have I ever felt like they tried to sell me on something I didn't need, which has not been my experience at many of the other shops. I can't talk about everyone else's experience other than my own. First off, I understand that my car and its condition was not the easiest to work with (probably an understatement). I have had work done here previously and everything for the most part was great. I think the common theme of the shop being money hungry and misdiagnosing issues is also accurate in my situation. The timing was done on my car as well as the camshafts. The work was done but had to go back for a myriad of other issues that "randomly happened" after it was put back together. Missing carbon fiber insert, AC not working properly, car shutting off randomly, etc. the first diagnosis was that I needed to replace THE ENTIRE MOTOR. (laughable) and then once that was rejected, they went down the rabbit hole of throwing parts at it and seeing what stuck instead of doing a proper diagnosis. We all know that Keith will then push the blame and come up with something showing that it was actually the customer's fault and your car is the problem and not the shop blah blah blah. I will say though that John and Kurt (previous tech) are great people. Unfortunately, Keith happens to be a blemish and a callus in the VW/ Audi community. There are far more knowledgeable mechanics in the area and in NH. If you need an oil change or your tires rotated, I am sure they will do great. If you need anything that requires any type of thought process, go elsewhere. P.S. The car was properly diagnosed and the issues were fixed correctly by another shop and now running how it should. Now it will be Keith's turn to come up with something incorrect that sways things his direction. What a hack.

Brought my 2012 audi S4 to this shop with test pipes to get installed, I was quoted $1060 which…read moreseemed high but had no issues with it, test pipes were installed and 2 weeks later im getting a bank 2 too lean code, I sent a datalog to my tuner and he says something on bank 2 is off and I bring the car back to keith to get it checked and 02 spacers removed and he said everything was fine, 1 week later I get it checked by another shop and they find a exhaust leak on the test pipe causing the bank 2 issue, for $1060 there shouldnt be any exhaust leaks especially after being over checked, they also left a wrench in my engine bay which almost destroyed my belts and car, super unprofessional stay away

Update 2017: Bought my mom a used vehicle as a gift last Winter. I brought it to Burnett's for a sticker and they discovered a brake light issue that would cause a sticker rejection. They went out of their way to call around and get the part needed. 2 weeks later my mom's car got side swiped (hit and run) in a parking lot. The damage was very minor but I still wanted to have it fixed for her. These guys did the work for FREE and turned it around in a day!

Brought my electric car there this morning for an inspection sticker. When Larry put the Jack under my car, it looked like he went a little too far and was in danger of being on my battery. I said to him, I have a concern about the placement of your Jack, and this was confirmed when I heard a little crack when he lifted it. He said "I'm on the metal." I said yes that is the battery. You need to be on the lifting pad! He proceeded to say he can end the inspection right now and I can leave or I can let him finish the inspection. I said I would like you to finish, but I'm concerned that you're not on the lifting pad. He proceeded to end the inspection and came out and started yelling in my face, and physically pushing me off of his property while my car was still in his bay. The police were called in a report was written. If you would like damage done to your vehicle and to be physically assaulted when you state your concern, then I highly recommend and endorse Larry. Luckily, it looks like the battery cover was just scratched, and no real damage was done. But the potential was there.

We have never really used an auto repair shop, seeing as he does it all, yet this was one thing that needed to be done after replacing the transmission. One word : IMPRESSED.
