Brought my car in because the washer fluid had been draining in less than two weeks every time I…read morefilled it. They told me it was the nozzle on the rear window that wasn't containing the fluid and it was rapidly spraying out. They even showed me that it was spraying haphazardly. I then specifically asked if they had LOOKED at the washer fluid lines and they said yes. They went ahead with the service of the nozzle. Two to three weeks later the washer fluid was out again. This time I brought it to another shop who looked under the hood. Come to find out, the washer pump, the hose, as well as the ignition coil had been eaten by rats. I needed an entirely new washer pump. Very disappointing that this wasn't addressed when I brought the car to A&A but am thankful someone else took the time to look at it. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place, but Nick was very nice.

We're grateful for their help and for their helping to maintain our sense of community in Burlington.

My first experience with Accurate Automotive. It was not a pleasant one…read more I went here because they said they provide a vibration test which I was looking for. Later, I was told that a front lower ball joint was "ready to fall off". Well, it didn't feel like that kind of a vibration. He gave me a price of $600 for the ball joint and balancing of two front tires and the vibration test. Brian was very insistent that the car was very dangerous to drive. I was extremely hesitant but agreed to the work performed. I realize now that there was absolutely no mention of the results of the vibration test. So I'm not even sure it was performed. Of course, Brian would say that it was done. Maybe that's why they only charged me half price for the test. In thinking back, I probably spent $600 that I didn't need to spend. I think Brian is a definite Fearmonger (a person who spreads fear and needlessly sounds an alarm). If he thinks he get away with it, he'll Say Anything to get you to spend money whether it's really needed or not. As you can tell, I will not be visiting Accurate Automotive & Tire again. And, do yourself a favor, find someone else to look at your car problems.
