The team at Quick Stop is wonderful. Pierre is super fair in his pricing and willing to stand behind all of the work that they do. They are able to work on approximately 4 to 5 cars at a time. The shop goes all the way to the back with a few bays. If you are looking for specific tires he is able to get them for you; quickly. Sometimes the same day if needed. He does stock a bunch of different tires on site. read more

I had been going here for years when Pierre owned it. Auto Care Plus took it over and it's been awful since. They lost my tire lock to my Jeep and told me they couldn't find it. You make appointments online at 8am and they actually start looking at for almost 50 minutes. If your online booking service isn't accurate I would get someone to fix that. Finally and last straw, I took my son's car in and they forgot to put the engine cover on it. When I called they said they had it but never considered picking up the phone to let me know they had the cover?? I would not recommend this place. I am taking my business (and 4 cars) elsewhere. read more

Pulled in today free a very stressful tire blow out on the highway. They were very accommodating and didn't charge us to help us through this mess. So thankful. read more

Great experience. Oil change and inspection was done very efficiently, and the service staff was very helpful and cordial. I would recommend. read more

The experience was good but I don't like the unexpected extra costs for additional oil beyond 5qts that's simple wrong. Price your oil changes per vehicle type. Also $5 for an old seal? WTF is that. I don't got any of these hidden costs at Sullivan Tire and they typically do free rotations for regular customers. read more

I have been a long time customer and then Pierre sold the company this past January. I figured i would give them a try even though i heard negative reviews. I had a check engine light come on, $400 later it was turned off with a small repair. Light came back on, another $425 dollars. After 5 days, the light is back on again. I called and got " Wow, no way." No offer to look at it again...a couple of the guys up front were nice, but this is now a chain, and overall crappy service. I would not recommend the place. read more

I caught a screw in my new cars tire . I called quick stop and they told me bring it down we will get you in . The people working were polite and quickly got my car in . The young man Galvin did a great job , fixed my tire was careful with my vehicle and did everything in a timely manner with a smile . I would highly recommend this company ! read more

Watch out!!!!! just went in for an inspection sticker and came out with a rejection and a $1600 estimate. Lost $50 and someone had looked through my middle console and glove box. I see why no one was there when I drove by & they could do it right away. If I was a man I m sure I would've passed with flying colors. read more

I was a long time customer for years there. 10+ years. Pierre recently retired and some company took then over. I had dumped in over 3k for new tires and brakes had squeeking they couldn't figure it out they said it was the brake holders so another 1k to get this fixed then shortly after the eye sight system went bonkers in 2020 Subaru with 100k miles turned out it was the transmission so I question did they sabotage something anyways I was dealing with Alex he was suppose go call me back for a quote which he never did I waited two weeks so I gave up and I went electric. They use to be good but my recent experiences with the new company just a complete nightmare and a lot of unanswered questions about them. I cannot tell people to stay away from them but I will never go back there for anything, I wish them best truly a nightmare read more

Not sure what happened to this place but they definitely fell off. Money hungry for sure. You send your teens there just make sure you let them know NOT to agree on anything till they call their parents. read more

Do not use this tire shop. I could not be more disappointed in their service. Last fall (2018) I bought four brand new, very expensive BF Goodrich All-Terrain tires from them, and had them mounted. They mounted them no problem. Now keep in mind that the old tires had over 60K miles on them. They were basically slicks. It was time for new tires, and Quick Stop was offering a $70 rebate on four new BF Goodrich tires. I thought why not. This September, 2019 my tires started to vibrate at speed on the highway. I went back to Quick Stop to have them rebalance my four main tires since I bought them there. It was a simple balancing job. In my mind it would be an hour, hour and a half at most. After a considerable wait, Pierre comes out and says "It's going to take a long time. You have bad lug nuts on there. They are stripped. They are a bad design. We can't get the wheels off. You should come back later." Uggh OK?!?! So I got a Lyft home. After getting home I waited for a follow up phone call. Nothing. Shortly before closing on the same business day, I called Quick Stop to get an update on the situation. A woman answered the phone, and said "Yes, sorry we are still working on getting the lug nuts off. We ordered a special tool that will be here in the morning." Now keep in mind this is a TIRE SHOP. They are not equipped to remove "badly designed" or damaged lug nuts? THEY WERE THE ONES WHO PUT THEM ON WITH THE NEW TIRES! About midday, the following day, I still had heard nothing. So, again I had to make a follow up call. Upon answering, I was told that Quick Stop had cracked my wheel while trying to remove it. I was then told that they found a replacement in a local salvage yard and would replace it for minimum cost. I wasn't sure what that meant. The cost of labor I was thinking? They broke the wheel... Shortly before the end of the business day I stopped back at the shop. To say I was shocked and appalled is an understatement. They charged me for a new used rim, which looks like it was at the bottom of the salvage pile. It's awful. And for a bunch of other parts, cleaning compounds and the balancing my spare tire that I never asked them to balance in the first place. My simple request, to balance four tires, that I bought from Quick Stop Tire Shop less than a year ago cost me $249.94 I should have known better....considering I never received my $70 rebate that I was promised with the purchase of the four new tires. Do NOT use this business. read more

Excellent service great prices friendly staff, The only place I go for tires no one else can compete. Also have had multiple repairs done there as well with no complaints read more

Love this place! Have sent many people there and they too have been very happy. One of the only places that I know of that will sell a used/ guarenteed tire. And I had a nail in a tire that a big box tire franchise said couldnt be plugged or fixed, and the guys at QS had me patched and balanced and out the door with in 30 mins of me bing a walk in customer. read more

These guys are the best. Period. Best prices , great service. If you need tires, this is the place. I made the mistake of going to Town Fair tire, nearby, and Ive regretted it since. Their prices were high, the wait was long, and their work was not thorough. I paid for an alignment, and when i left there, my car shook, and pulled on the highway. Pierre and his staff at Quick stop have always been great, and I always recommend them to anybody looking for tires. I went in one time for new tires, and after installing them , one of the crew noticed a small scratch on my new car. He actually went out of his way, and buffed it out!!. For free!!. Its not everyday you find customer service like that. read more

This is a great shop to bring all your car needs! I trust the owner and staff and they are always prompt, honest and friendly to work with. I found them through many recommendations and even though I live over 30 minutes away I use them because the quality and integrity of the shop is worth the drive. read more

Quick Stop Tire Shop is awesome!! My husband had a blow out yesterday and was in need of two tires quickly. They had what he needed and mounted them for him all for an amazing price. We will def continue to do business with them!! read more

These guys are scam artists! They failed my car's tires during an inspection, charged me $40, and then proceeded to try to sell me tires. My tires were worn but not that bad. So, on a whim, I went somewhere else, and guess what... the tires passed! These ignorant scammers told me I had 30 days to get re-inspected...WRONG! They scraped off my current sticker...WRONG. They even lied in the state's computer system about the reason for failing! I then went back to give them a chance to "make it right" and refund my $40. The owner, Pierre, and his buddy got in my face, tried to play tough guy, started cursing and remedial name calling, and proved to me what low life scumbags they really are! These guys should be shut down! read more

Took a friend's vehicle in to get a new tire. Pierre checked the flat tire and said he could patch it instead of replacing. $25 versus $150. Very honest. Great business practice. Very fast service as well. Thanks Pierre. read more

WOW! Nicest guys ever. I purchased a tire that was used and it didn't hold up good so by chance I stopped back in and the guys replaced it for me. Free of charge and I had no receipt, but they took my word. read more

As the name suggests this is a tire shop and I would highly suggest sticking to just that as their prices for tires are unbeatable! However, I thought I'd get my oil changed there too since they've done a good job on the tires but their mechanic decided not to put the cap back on tightly when he was done and I had a slow oil leak for a few days until my car completely broke down on rt 128.... NOT IDEAL and almost fully destroyed my engine. It's not like I was asking them to rebuild a car from the ground up. It's an oil change!!!!! Give me a break. read more

Read great reviews about Quick Stop on Yelp. I brought my car in for an alignment. Pierre is a nice guy. He knows his customers by name and genuinely wants to help. I was impressed by that alone. The alignment didn't take long and the price was fair. A win for the good guys! read more

Quick Stop Tire is always my first choice for tires. Pierre is knowledgeable about which tires are the right fit for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else and always send friends and family down. This is my favorite place if my truck need something, good service and they tell you what your truck need now , and Pierre give you the best price , if your truck need a few hours they offer you a car for FREE to do your Aren , and last time when I was there it was a lunch time, they gave a couple slices a pizzas , I love this place and those guys . Pierre the owner and his staffs, Abdo, Alex and the rest , good job and keep up , thank you read more

My new go to place for tire service!!!!! Had bought tires from other shop who could not balance them properly and guy said it was because I did not pay enough for them . Really !!!! Great to have a smooth ride again , Thanx guys !!! Definitely going back again . read more

Pierre the owner is the best! Super fast and friendly, he always does his best to get you the lowest price. They always beat everyone in town and usually beat the online guys too. Highly recommend ! When you walk in say" Hi Cousin" you will get a smile and mention Justin sent you! read more

This guy is an absolute scam artist! Been here a couple of times with people saying good things about the mechanics. All he does is finds pricey things that he thinks are wrong with a car and then works out the most ill-conceived and time consuming way to fix it (i.e. the thing that will make him the most money). Wanted to fail me due to tires... Pierre sold me used tires last year! He then scraped off my current inspection sticker that was STILL GOOD so now I had to drive my car around without any sticker at all. Just like Joe C. said -- Stay away! read more

Was referred to Pierre by someone I knew ; called for a price quote on new tires as one was bald and one was flat. Provided me with a quote for $240 for 4 new tires. Explained I could only afford 2 at the moment - would get 2 this week and 2 next week, Pierre said it would only be $120 plus free rotation! Dropped my car off and when I picked it up he was charging my card the full $240 price. We argued back and forth because not even Tire Warehouse or Townfair Tire would charge $240 for TWO tires for a Honda Accord. There is no way when we spoke in the morning that there was a miscommunication or I misunderstood. I would have called around for a better price. I am in the customer service business myself and am very dissapointed. I had to pay him $50 to remove the 2 new tires and put my 2 old ones back on. He also refused to put my SPARE tire on and put back on the tire that was flat so I had to actually stop at another garage for help to change it to drive home. Overall experience was VERY bad. Would not refer this place to anyone! read more

I went to Quick Stop for my 6th time and another efficient experience as always. Pierre and Alex always greet you and thank you for your business. I recently purchased two complete sets of Nokian snow tires from Pierre and Quick Stop Tire and could not have been happier with all aspects of the transactions. I found the tires I wanted (if you need snow tires research Nokian) and this was one of the only shops in the area that carry them. Pierre responded immediately with a written quote via email (cheaper than many "discount" online stores) and scheduled the installations. Because I've been conditioned by other shops to believe I need an alignment every time I install my winter tires I requested a four wheel alignment and was pleasantly surprised when I cashed out after only 45 minutes and was told I didn't need an alignment. Same thing the next day with the second car - in and out, no alignment needed (hmmm, wonder if I really needed them in the past?!). On top of it all the place is spotless and has a comfy waiting area, though you won't be there long! Absolutely outstanding and a pleasure to do business with - highly recommended. read more

Got a great quote on tires here. They were very responsive via email, and did not try to upsell me on anything. They were flexible on scheduling and installed tires promptly. They were friendly throughout. Price quoted was exactly what I paid. I saved $80+ compared to two other reputable competitors (including an online vendor that normally had lowest prices). read more
