After traveling the country and tasting many different BBQ stores I would avoid this chain restaurant if possible. The restaurant is clean and has quick and friendly customer service. TVs scatter the walls that display the current sport in season. They have self service ice cream machine and a variety of 3 BBQ sauces ( spicy, original, and sweet) to entice the customers. The serving portion and quality of meat is left to be desired. The expensive meals that lack both taste and size left me disappointed. The side dishes were all bland and mediocre. I tried the baked beans, mashed potato casserole and the fries and was not impressed with any of them. Altho the restaurant looks enticing, the price and taste dissuade me from wanting to come back for more

Two meat plate with Brisket and ribs. Around $15 for this..

The best part of my experience here was the employee working in the kitchen who was super nice and friendly. He seemed to be a shift leader or maybe a manager. Other than that...it was pretty expensive and the BBQ wasn't great. Very fatty and low quality cuts. My companion and I both got the two meat plate and our bill came to around $40...woah. Every little thing is an uncharge, like 50 cents for a different bread and the drinks aren't included with the meals. For the two meat plate the portions are very small. We got two small ribs each, and a small mound of shredded beef which was supposed to be brisket. They give you free unlimited ice cream, so that's nice I suppose but its not real ice cream. This place was really just a bummer - still looking for a decent BBQ place around here.

This place has now let me down twice. I came here a year ago around the same time. It's just to cold here to be running my smoker out in the winter so I give it a try last night and I was extremely disappointed. The ribs were absolutely trash. They where not cooked enough you can tell they cook them to minimum pork temp. They were extremely tough on the bone. So I already knew what needed to happen to fix them. I tented them with some apple cider vinegar and threw them in the oven for a hour at 350* it's pretty bad that I had to finish cooking my own dinner that I paid 50$ for a rack of ribs and a kids meal. Bottom line it's to expensive and they don't know bbq honestly I want a refund.

Mac and cheese that they didn't bother to fill to the top.

I love this place! I've been here a few times now and yesterday I had the best experience with…read moreMorgan (she was a total doll - kind, attentive, helpful service all the way)! I started with a delightful mocktail, moved on to perfect boneless buffalo wings, & ended with the 7 ounce filet mignon & giant baked potato for lunch. The filet was cooked to absolute perfection - exactly how I like it. The potato was delightful - it was probably 12 ounces with real butter (they have fresh sea salt grinders on the table, and that was also wonderful, as I'm a salt girl). The ambience is 100% Wyoming steakhouse which I love and honestly everything was five stars. They have a great bar and tons of parking in the lot or on the street. Go!!

Came out on a hot hot plate, which, I believe, is critical, since the prolonged higher temp keeps the fat rendering until you cut the meat. And a good ribeye has tasty fat which runs clear and full of flavor when it's served correctly. Garlic mushrooms were fantastic. Cream spinach excellent. Seth was my server. Good guy. Was covering another section and saw me sitting and waiting for an extended time so he came over to get me started. Incidentally, I ordered a Coke and water with a bunch of lemon wedges. He legit brought a bunch of lemon wedges with my two drinks. No one ever gets what a bunch of lemons is. He nailed it. Basically, if I ask for a bunch of lemons, when I'm done eating, there should be a few wedges left. Happy I stopped here.

My second time here, and it's continuing to impress!…read more My husband ordered the Cowboy Grilled Cheese, which he LOVED. When I tasted it, I found it quite straight-forward and satisfying. Warm pulled pork and melted cheddar inside a perfectly buttered and pan-toasted envelope of thick-cut white bread. The real star was the bread: impossibly light and airy. Yum :) I ordered the Chicken with Kale Pesto Sandwich and specially requested it on a croissant bun. Wow. The grilled chicken breast was absolutely moist and juicy! The bacon was thick, the pesto fresh, and the croissant bun the perfect combination of crispy, chewy, and buttery. Since I'm a saucy sandwich kind of girl, I ordered extra mayo and hot sauce on the side, which I mixed together to slather on each bite separately. And yes, it was GOOD. The Padre's Hot Sauce, apparently made by a local man (whose daughter happened to be our server today), was a revelation. Both the mild "Yellow Jacket" and hot "Bodacious" are made through a lacto-fermentation process that results in a luscious, complex chili flavor without the harsh vinegar edge that you get with most hot sauces. My hat's off to Mr. Padre for your delicious and painstakingly created hot sauce and to Paris West for featuring this superior, locally-produced artisanal product! I'm actually grateful that their espresso machine was on the fritz today, because I would not have otherwise tried their drip coffee, which was a special edition small batch dark roast, whose name escapes me. It was fantastic. And we culminated our meal with dessert: carrot cake for my hubby and Orange & Sugar crêpes for me. I found the carrot cake unpleasantly cold, dense, and barely carroty, topped with uninspiring cream cheese frosting and untoasted pecans - pass. The crêpes, on the other hand, were wonderful. Perfectly thin, uniform, and tender. With a thin brushing of orange marmalade inside and, be still my heart, a syrup-poached orange slice garnishing each folded pancake. I think a nice dollop of homemade whipped cream would've sent this dish over the top, but then I can be an over-the-top sort of person, so maybe don't listen to me :) Long story short, it was a fantastic mid-week brunch, and we will be back soon! I hope you'll join us :)

I ordered the short rib ravioli, the pasta was undercooked and the gravy sauce was so thick, I could barely eat it. My husband ordered a steak which was overcooked and chewy, with an old tasting flavor. The potatoes were fingerlings fried with no seasoning. Cocktail and brussel sprouts were good. Overall, food was not good and too expensive. I would not recommend unfortunately.

Paris West - Overly lit and chairs are too short. Our table had two bars in the way of our feet so they had to go on top of it. Kind of awkward.
