Needed a meal on our way from Denver to Casper, I had never been to Firehouse before and it was well worth the stop. Loaded with lots of meat, good toppings and toasted. Unfortunately they were out of a lot of ingredients due to some trucking issues but I would definitely go back.

12" Veggie on whole wheat, toasted. Delicious!

They also have an open bar area that looks great, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. I ordered the Power Plant sub with an add-on of turkey, and it was absolutely delicious -- packed with fresh veggies and full of flavor. I love that it's on the healthier side but still tastes amazing. I got it on wheat bread and chose the 8-inch size, which was perfect. Overall, I loved everything about this spot and can't wait to come back and try more from their menu!

Keeping to a Vegan diet in meat centric Cheyenne with a new crew doesn't make things easier. I'm sure somethings will improve as they get their footing. It was interesting to be there during an "off-peak" time mid-afternoon and the place was very busy with dine in and to-go orders. Despite the "stress test" their crew gets high marks for being cheerful, cooperative, and cordial. All of that counts for much. I write to inform people who keep to a vegan aka plant based diet where they can find places to eat in Cheyenne. It is in that context my review is best understood. Others who keep to an omnivior diet likely have a different experience than me when it comes to the food served. I ordered a Vegan "Magic Mushroom" "pinner" (8") on whole wheat minus pepper Jack, and minus shake (parmesan), with a $1.50 upcharge to add guacamole. Total cost including tax and tip was just under $16.00 They told me it would take about 20 minutes and I was fine with that. Unfortunately, what they brought out had the seasoned Parmesan sprinkled all over it. I pointed that out and the server apologized for the error and said one would be correctly made. About 10 minutes later that is what was served to me. It's an okay, not great sandwich. Look at my picture and you will see there's one piece of portobello slice and one slice of tomato on each half of the sandwich. When the sandwich is called "Magic Mushroom" I honestly expect it's going to have a generous amount of mushrooms on it and was unpleasantly surprised when it didn't. The toasted whole wheat is the only vegan bread option and is fine, especially since it makes up most of the sandwich. It would be nice if they would substitute the guacamole for cheese without the upcharge, but that is probably a "corporate decision". As a plus they are open late. A downside is that it is just not a very satisfying sandwich. Being more generous with the mushrooms would go a long way to remedy that. I hope it's something they will consider as well as adding more vegan friendly, healthy eating options. There are other sandwiches, including one which includes hummus, which might be more substantial. I'll try it some other time. Service (Awesome start) Food (It was tasty) Value (overpriced for what I got) Ambience- confusing, the vibe is stoners wanting to satisfy munchies which is natural in Marijuana legal Colorado but seems strange in "Refer Madness" anti-cannabis Wyoming. Not a big deal, but amusing incongruous. They have a bar which fits Wyoming more closely.

The chilli sent me straight here, because I need to share this goodness with the world. Those little ladies home-make & bake everything. As a Cheyenne resident everybody knows about the bread basket, so for those around here is your reminder; and for those passing through & like white chili, cabbage burgers, breakfast burritos, white chili and like being SMACKED in my face with sweet smell of sugar, sweets & baked pastries when you walk in - then maybe it's time you add this stop as your next afternoon lunch break or on your families early morning out (you can call ahead & have country gravy or bacon/egg burritos made for pick up!!!!), or as your next friends birthday or bbq sweet treat. Everything is is made fresh & when they are out, they are out. So if it's a special stop or you're thinking ahead - I would call an order in the night before! Seriously how many bakeries do you know that you can call at 10:00 am and ask them for a German chocolate cake slice for your 74 year old neighbor, and they are out so they make you a personal cupcake for $7 and it's ready by 1??? JUST THE BREADBASKET! They have early hours, so plan ahead! Items I can promise will be delicious: white chili (obviously), country gravy burritos, sloppy joes, any type of granola, strudels, and German chocolate cupcakes... but that is just from my experience. Might need to go buy some cookies now. Thank you ladies for feeding Cheyenne!!!!!!!! Ps not a lot of seating, but there are parks close by! :)

Not necessarily a place I'd wanna hang out and eat lunch unless they have the patio set up which I think they do sometimes in the summer. I was fairly unimpressed mainly because all the subs are predesigned and unlike subway a competitor you can't customize your stuff very much. Prices seemed really high to me. The cheapest sub was 599 for a 5 inch. Which is what I got. But I think mine was 699. Staff was semi friendly, but your general teenage kids, but respectful. Place was dead. However, it seemed like they were getting a lot of Uber eats orders and took orders as they do delivery as well. I was really kind of sad. There was only the choice of white or wheat when it came to the bread. Most places have so many more options these days. Just a really simple Italian salad I received without pickles or a lot of the other things that I would've liked on it. The bread was fairly good. But you know daily cooked fresh white bread should be good. Hard to mess that up. Some of the subs got into ridiculous amount of money for the big ones. I'm honestly surprised that Cheyenne Wyoming and Northern Colorado. People pay this much money for sub sandwiches when there's so many competitors doing so many more options for less money. Probably won't be back, but I'm glad I finally gave it a shot.

The worker bee standing outside was extremely pleasant, and so patient when we said we would need to look at a menu before we could order. She basically walked with us to the menu & took our order. What made me quite cranky was the manager came out & gave that wonderful worker bee a hard time - In Front Of Us - because the line wasnt moving along as he thought it should. We tried to explain to him that it was our fault, not hers. He continued giving her a hard time. Again, in front of customers. I wasnt thinking quick enuf to get his name. Do Better, Mr Manager!! I don't usually eat at Chick-fil-A because of personal values, but I don't make a huge deal of it…read more I was in Cheyenne running errands while my car was in the shop next door and decided to grab something quick. Regardless of how I feel about the company, I have always received great hospitality from the employees, and that's something I still respect. I came in around 11 a.m., before the lunch rush, with just a small family and one person ahead of me. Even so, it took almost 10 minutes for anyone to take our orders, which felt unusually slow for a place known for its efficiency. The main reason this is a 3-star review (and honestly should've been lower if it wasn't for other positive factors) is how the manager, Wyatt, handled a valid concern from the cashier about the lemonade, specifically which one was diet. She was clearly trying to prevent a mix-up, but instead of taking her seriously, he brushed it off by saying he had "tasted it" and would deal with it later. That kind of response is a red flag, especially considering how dangerous a mistake like that could be for diabetic customers. To make matters worse, he corrected her loudly in front of everyone, which came off as dismissive and unprofessional. I don't want anyone losing their job, but this situation really does need to be addressed, not just for food safety reasons, but to ensure professionalism is upheld, no matter how stressful things get. That said, not all the service was negative. One standout moment was a staff member walking the dining room, checking in with guests, and even bringing a refill directly to a customer so they didn't have to get up. That level of attentiveness is something I haven't seen at other Chick-fil-A locations and absolutely deserves recognition. My order was brought out to me and it was hot and fresh. The dining room was spotless and welcoming, which makes it easier to find a comfortable place to dine in at. There are clear signs of the strong hospitality the brand is known for, but leadership at this location needs to step up to match that standard by prioritizing food safety, respecting their team, and taking accountability for how concerns are handled.
