It's like subway if subway was actually fresh. Great menu and everything is customizable. I ended up there for the first time around 10:45pm and the workers were helpful and cheery even for working a late shift on a Friday night. Food was way better than subway and honestly very fresh. The food here is generally decent. Never much of a problem with the orders I've received. Except the last time. Completely screwed up order. Won't get into details but let's just say everything we ordered was incorrect. I was informed they were training new people and i can accept that. Luckily this wasn't my first experience so i know they can do much better. So why the 4 stars? because they went above and beyond to make it right. That kind of thing goes a long way. Frequenting an establishment that stands by their product and will do anything to make sure you're happy with your order is comforting. You always take a risk ordering delivery and it's important to know that the management will minimize that risk and not leave you hanging when things go wrong. My favorite sandwich shop was closed because it's Sunday so I decided on Silver Mine because they do delivery. I was really looking forward to a philly cheesesteak sub so I ordered their Homestake with double meat and cheese. When it arrived I was disappointed to find they don't melt the cheese in with the meat, and the meat is extremely salty and poor quality. It was so salty I had to give the sub to my husband, and he gave me his. Both sandwiches were almost cold, when they were meant to be hot. read more

OK, was in Cheyenne for business again and ordered up another sub to see if they were still good. Had a large Mother Lode and Sweet Tea. With delivery fee and tip- the total was $21. Again- it's awesome that Silver mine is open until 3 AM. The sandwich arrived about 40 minutes after I ordered it online. It was very good - no complaints this time. read more

The food is usually pretty good but it can be hit or miss. And they ALWAYS forget my auju sauce.

New to the area as I came from Denver with places like Taste of Philly, Quiznos, Potbelly, Philly's and wanted to try a sub place. Ordered a medium whatever the chicken, bacon, bbq and a small veggie sub (both combos) and two brownies. Came out to almost $30 which I was okay with but wow Subway (and I hate Subway) tastes better as my chicken sub was bland and bacon was really tough. We then noticed a couple people working in the back go out to smoke, come back in and immediately start handling food without washing their hands. Two stars because the brownies were okay. read more

This place is really going down hill. I've noticed the food quality has dropped. The prices have gone up and the food has gone down. I ordered a salad and the amount of dressing you get is barely enough to season one leaf. They give you a great salad and yet they charge you for an extra cup of dressing. It went from two 3oz cups to one half ounce cup. They are really cutting cost in the wrong way. I won't be ordering food here again. Good subs with good chicken. A little disappointing that their veggie options are slim to say the least. No spinach, no hot peppers. The bread and meat is good but a sub needs plenty of veggie options. You won't find them here. Salads are basically ice berg lettuce with some green peppers and tomatoes. read more

We had gotten delivery which was fast! 2 subs and a salad n a small potatoes salad which was packaged Resers brand were $35.00! If the subs were out of this world it would have been worth it but the subs didn't have a lot of meat. It was a combination of Obee's/Jimmy Johns and a Subway(only because of small amt of meat). Salad was nicely made. They made our order perfectly as described without mistakes. I might go there again if there is no where else to eat in the area we are at. read more
