Had some better quality crystals locked up in a showcase. First time I've seen that. Had some sage and palo alto sprays that were nice that I would LOVE to spray in negative environments lol. I came here on a Saturday, and there was only one employee working which yielded extremely slow service. I placed an order for a set of engraved champagne flutes for my best friend and was told to come back in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later, I come back and end up waiting another 30 minutes. The flutes were done, but the employee just put them aside while ringing up other customers and ignored my presence. The employee working completed tasks leisurely, which is fine but then there should've been another employee working with her. It seemed as if she had little respect for peoples time as she walked around the store rather than helping customers. The pick up times she gave me were inaccurate... understandable since it's a busy day, but it only takes about 20 minutes to engrave so I shouldn't have waited over an hour. When I finally received the flutes, I saw that the text was not engraved the way I had written on the paper. I kindly expressed my dismay to the employee who showed no sympathy for her mistake. Instead, she continued to be dull and short with me. After some consideration, I realized I did not want to settle and gift my best friend something I didn't entirely love (especially not for the price - engraving is pricy!). Although I was on a time crunch, I decided to have the flutes redone. The employee seemed annoyed and was reluctant to work with me to engrave the flutes the way I wanted. After a few minutes of trying to explain to her what I wanted, I wasn't assured that she would engrave the flutes correctly a second time. She was highly unhelpful and unsympathetic so I asked to speak to a manager. I found out that the manager would be in the following morning so I canceled my transaction and made another trip the following AM. I kindly explained the situation to the manager, who showed NO concern. Similar personality to the employee I encountered the previous day. I was appalled that a manager could have such little regard to customer satisfaction. I really needed the flutes so I did end up repurchasing them, but he was also apathetic, impolite, and highly unprofessional.
