Some of the products were on sale and worth the price .. some were expensive . Wish there were sign boards to tell which products are where . It's so much of walking around and looking for what we need .. loved their side tables , accents etc. nice and stylish . Wish there were more employees to help.. some products were on top shelf and getting someone to help always took time . Lots of parking outside . Nice location .. very close to other shops too.. good experience overall . 4 stars

This place is absolutely huge - occupying the former Sam's Club location and filling it with more sad sack area rugs and disposable furniture than you can possible absorb in one overwhelming visit. At Home is literally a vast downscale showroom servicing all of your future re-gifting needs. As you stroll the concrete floor navigating the endless maze of 12-foot steel shelving one stark truth emerges, nothing here is of particularly high quality right down to Huey Lewis' Greatest Hits serenading your every step. Although the affirmational "Farmers Harvest Love" throw pillow might add some much needed kitsch to my attic. Nothing here really screams you got a deal and that's the disappointment. Never has so much space been dedicated to so little of so little quality. Two stars for Huey Lewis' Greatest Hits. A CD that I will be re-gifting shortly.

I'm not a fan of shopping in general unless it's for food. I can easily put off buying things I…read moreneed or that would make my home more comfy almost indefinitely when faced with the prospect of having to walk around stores like this. (TJ max, Home sense, Marshall's etc) I came here twice recently because they were one of the few places that carried wine racks. There are several sources online, and most big box stores like Lowe's and HD carry them, but ONLY online. Someone who does frequent places like this alerted me to their existence so I made the effort to look. When I finally found them I was surprised that the size of one was almost perfect, as was the amount of bottles it could hold. In my mind I was picturing all wood, so I decided to look at a sister store, Home Sense, to see if they had others. They had an all wood version that was larger but held fewer bottles. I came back the next day with a shopping cart and purchased the floor model. Here's where I find fault with places like this, surely this item came packaged in a box? Why not keep a few in the boxes so they don't get damaged? There were scuffs on one side, and the distressed wood top had a slight flaw too. And I'm sure as the furniture gets bigger here, there's more of an opportunity for those items to be damaged by other shoppers. The same goes for almost all items, they seem to be haphazardly merchandised and then overstocked. What I was a fan of is the customer service. I needed help on my first visit and the associate I encountered was cheerful and friendly and showed me the secret location. The same was true the next day but by a different employee, and then again at the register by the cashier. I ultimately opened up a credit card to get a 10% off coupon, but I do need a few other things from here so I'll be back. 3.5, nothing personal Yelps

Seriously? This is not okay. If you are having a bad day, do not take it out on your customers. Retail 101. I shop at Ross all the time. I have never been treated so poorly. One of my cousins works for the corporate office. She will be hearing about my experience tonight. Shame on you for taking your bad attitude out on a customer! Don't expect top notch department store boutique service. It's more of a warehouse of hidden gems and things. You sort through stuff until you find something. I just purchased sweatpants at 10:30pm at night lol The store is alway cluttered and messy but again it's like a warehouse. I usually wash garments I purchase from here before wearing them. This store often has really great women's dresses and workout gear. There is also a home goods section in the back and it is just okay. I like this store. There's also a ton of beauty supplies and snacks/candy. It's not my go to but certainly a great place to have available when needed.

For a store that sells such considerate trinkets, you'd assume that customer service would be amicable. At this location, that was unfortunately not the case. I came here on a Saturday, and there was only one employee working which yielded extremely slow service. I placed an order for a set of engraved champagne flutes for my best friend and was told to come back in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later, I come back and end up waiting another 30 minutes. The flutes were done, but the employee just put them aside while ringing up other customers and ignored my presence. The employee working completed tasks leisurely, which is fine but then there should've been another employee working with her. It seemed as if she had little respect for peoples time as she walked around the store rather than helping customers. The pick up times she gave me were inaccurate... understandable since it's a busy day, but it only takes about 20 minutes to engrave so I shouldn't have waited over an hour. When I finally received the flutes, I saw that the text was not engraved the way I had written on the paper. I kindly expressed my dismay to the employee who showed no sympathy for her mistake. Instead, she continued to be dull and short with me. After some consideration, I realized I did not want to settle and gift my best friend something I didn't entirely love (especially not for the price - engraving is pricy!). Although I was on a time crunch, I decided to have the flutes redone. The employee seemed annoyed and was reluctant to work with me to engrave the flutes the way I wanted. After a few minutes of trying to explain to her what I wanted, I wasn't assured that she would engrave the flutes correctly a second time. She was highly unhelpful and unsympathetic so I asked to speak to a manager. I found out that the manager would be in the following morning so I canceled my transaction and made another trip the following AM. I kindly explained the situation to the manager, who showed NO concern. Similar personality to the employee I encountered the previous day. I was appalled that a manager could have such little regard to customer satisfaction. I really needed the flutes so I did end up repurchasing them, but he was also apathetic, impolite, and highly unprofessional.
