However the reason I'm giving this 3 stars is bc of Loretta's extremely rude, ignorant and entitled attitude of was extremely off putting. She injected our checkout process by rudely telling myself and Chanel that a coupon which I pulled up directly from Pandoras website was not something they offer and proceeded to rudely tap my phone screen without me giving her consent to to touch anything in my possession. Chanel very politely went to see if she could find the barcode for the coupon I presented and in within 45 secs she was able to find the exact coupon with the code to check me out with the purchase of two of most popular bracelets in store. Chanel understands great customer service, Loretta however needs a hard lesson on personal boundaries, an attitude adjustment, store policy/accuracy and going above and beyond to service customers correctly. Her attitude towards other customers in the store was disgusting, short tempered and she seemed agitated. I'm sure many people would love to be in Loretta's position as a sales rep at Pandora, I hope the managerial team gets her in order, as I plan to shop here again and would hate to take this to corporate next time if her service isn't up to par after some time. I've been getting targeted ads on social for cute plus size clothes - spring nauticals and the like. However the ills of capitalism and Ozempic have colluded to steadily decrease the availability of plus size clothing in stores for years. I was STOKED to see Lands End had a brick n mortar with plus sizes in store. The last time I'd seen them was in Sears before they went the way of the dodo. I mean if you're gonna have a regular degular cardigan for $89 I'm gonna need to try it on and feel the material before I part with my coins. We went to this location and while my husband tried on pants I stealthily made my way around the store looking for the plus sizes. I'm still not over the hour drive to Anthropologie in Short Hills a few years ago only to learn they had removed their plus sizes. I wanted to save myself from similar embarrassment and heartbreak here. At first I didn't see any - just a sign on the wall that said Sizes 16w-24w shop online for more selection. As I planned my strongly worded yet classy crash out to corporate, I noticed some plus sizes on the shelf. Mixed in with straight sizes. :GASP: I'm so used to being relegated to a dark corner in the back of the store it didn't occur to me that the clothes would be right in front of my face. Now don't get too hype because the selection was somewhat limited - though they did have the sweater and pants I had seen online. Truthfully though the women's collection in general was a bit limited because they had given over 1/2 the store to women's swimwear. I'm interested to see how the store changes as we get deeper into the season headed towards fall. Everything was 40% off and the sales associates were very friendly. Now that I have a better idea of sizing and material I can shop for other pieces I wanted online with more confidence. I hope they continue to stock plus sizes in store and expand their offerings. In the meantime I'll be swapping my disappointing letter to corporate for an encouraging one.

As with all thrift shops, the selection can be hit-or-miss: I've gone home empty-handed some days, while on others I found dozens of items I was looking for. There are some absolute gems hidden in the racks -- you just have to have the patience to look through them. They have a few "dedicated" racks for special, higher-end items, like the "all-Chico" rack, which makes it easier to find things. Someone in another review mentioned the kids' clothing -- FYI, they no longer sell children's items, which frees up lots of space for more adult clothing. One suggestion: I do wish it was easier to get to the shoes: Some are on racks, but many are mixed into Rubbermaid-type bins, which makes it tough to see what's buried on the bottom without pulling everything out :-/
