I'm glad this one is still around since it's the most convenient location and most central at Rockefeller Center, compared to the other 4 stores (UES, Chelsea market, SoHo and W.Village). Their product styling is generally considered more boho chic apparel, accessories and home goods + furniture, I'd call it maybe more romantic and whimsical, less preppy and buttoned up. They're owned by Urban Outfitters which also owns Free People so the adjacencies between the aesthetics, products and target consumers make sense. They're geared toward the mid 20s to mid-40s age range, and prices tend to be on the mid to higher side for this type of product. Not to level of high-end designer but generally more than your mid-range mall retailers. In the countless number of times I've visited, staff here usually are cordial. There's a main level which has the main entrance from street-side, new seasonal collections, accessories and the checkout/register area towards the back of the store. Then there's a basement level which is accessible from with Rockefeller Center. The fitting rooms and home goods section are downstairs.

The only crazy thing was the lines for the fitting room which we ended skipping and just gambling on the size. LOVE that you can customize any Uniqlo items and make them your own. You can do prints and embroidery, so much fun! Anything is customizable and I can't wait to give this a try. Lots of things on sale but also love their checkout system. It goes by weight and detection, very similar to zara. Overall, I'm a huge fan of Uniqlo and loved this storefront!

Crew is one of the only stores that sells cotton clothing. The style of clothing is varied so if you need casual or dress clothing you have a selection. One year on Columbus Day I caught a sale. I wanted to replace a pea coat I had previously owned. I purchased the pea style coat at J. Crew and got a great sale price. They do have great sales. Well then was then and now is now. I recently realized I have only worn it about five times over many years. Today I'm super excited to put it in the New York Cares Coat Drive. Someone will get a beautiful coat along with the branded J. Crew hanger and bag. I'm recommending J. Crew!

Today I learned about some of their newer blazers removing the tail to give more breathing room so you do not find yourself with that sweaty lower back. My next appearance will be to buy a travel suit. It fit me almost perfectly off the rack and you can crumple it into a ball in your suitcase, pull it out, and it will be wrinkle free. (That's a hashtag used by another boutique in the nabe, but it fits Love Only as well.) I've gotten a couple of amazingly great dresses there--one a vintage Saks dress, the other a short denim jumper with a ruffle. They also sell handmade jewelry, and I met the jeweler--and bought a pendant, of course. I'm on this block a lot; they have little knickknacks in addition to the clothing, and gifts and cards I've sent to friends.
