I had some questions, bobbling with my phone trying to look things up when I heard a voice from the register that turned out to be "Faye." Within 10-seconds I was in a totally normal conversation talking to Faye about things I wouldn't normally be talking to most of the ppl I know well in my life. Lol. But that's what better than good customer service produces, special customer service! Incredibly helpful with exactly what I was looking for and even came up with an idea that would make what I was planning on buying even better! Their idea went perfectly with it and worked out great! I felt like I could've asked Faye anything and they would've known exactly where to find it, everything about it, and even had some friendly suggestions that actually made sense. This is seriously how every store I shop in should provide service to their customers. Not over-bearing but making sure you're aware that they're there and happy to help if you have any questions. Really happy with my shopping experience, thanks Faye!

Jessica helped me and my teenager get several bras to see us through the next year. When you're so happy with the bra you wear it out of the store and recycle what you came in with, you know you got the best shopping experience of all. I am a huge proponent of paying more for good quality bras and getting fitted by experts whenever you shop. Shapes change, needs change, ordering the same bra year after year from an online company just isn't the best way to live your life if you've got bigger boobs or you're over 25 and gravity and hormones are getting involved. The selection of bras is extensive despite the small size of this shop- don't be deceived! They also have their own brand - my friend loves their undies- and special handwashing detergent to make your bras last. The changing rooms are private and the staff know their stuff and how to make you feel comfortable showing your chest and torso off so they can check your fit. Highly recommend this store and treating yourself right with good quality, well made bras. You deserve it!

My friend and I went into the Burlington store and decided to buy bras/panties. Right after paying…read morewe noticed on the receipt that we were charged twice for a single pair of full-priced underwear. We asked for a refund and were told by Bridget P. that she couldn't do refunds (we assumed this was because she couldn't do it without a manager's help who wasn't in the store at that time) so our only option suggested by Bridgit was to take a different pair of underwear of the same value. We said sure and planned to come back the next day when a manager would be in to get a refund. Some of the other bras we got didn't fit and so we were going to return several items. The same girl Bridgit P. was there and was now magically able to process refunds. She processed the stuff that didn't fit (only after beseeching her to do so after her threatening not to return them) but refused to take the underwear and refund the money that she overcharged us for the day before. When we expressed our dismay, calmy but with fervor/intent she threatened to call security. At this point her sister who was evidently in the shop butted in and began to heckle us/make fun of us for asking for a refund for "just $18 underwear". This was incredibly unprofessional and nasty. In the end we just accepted the loss. But after being cheated, lied to and heckled we will never return to any Intimissi store again. Especially in a space like bra/lingerie shopping where employees are already pushy/judgy this was exceptionally horrible - just an overall a trashy experience.

They know their stuff and they have been in business long enough to earn their good rep. Their front window displays alone are always so fun to pass by and enjoy since they switch it up every season; reminding me of a more fun version of the movie Mannequin. I also just learned yesterday that they work with a leather worker for their wide selection of chokers, cuffs, bulldog harnesses, etc. the leather work is soft and comfortable and criminally affordable; they even offer custom made pieces made to fit for the same price as the ready made product! How do they do this?? I love you guys. A small other detail I love is the personality of the space. They have their own line of shirts with fun prints on them and unique art on the walls that I had just as much fun looking at while browsing. All in all wonderful place and can't wait to come back

The beauty counters were attractively set up and there was plenty of help on the sales floor. I went over to the Lancome counter since I was getting low on some of the products that I usually buy from that company. The saleslady was very helpful and got me the cleanser and eye cream that I was looking to buy. I am happy with the service that I received and look forward to frequenting this Nordstrom store again.

Walking in, the place was very crowded with a wide variety of styles and a ton of heads with wigs.  Honestly, the shop did not seem like the place for me.  I figured I'd get a bra and then go shopping for clothes. I was very surprised to find everything I needed and some items I would not have considered, but she asked me to try on for her!  The shop owner, Barbara, is really good at what she does! I am not a fashion-focused person, I like sticking to timeless staples with a funky twist and comfortable shoes. But, not only did I get a good fitting and a bra I love, but a bonus stylist who worked with me, showing me a variety of options, really listened to what I did or didn't like about each and  helped me craft the perfect outfit for the wedding and a great bra!  I think everyone should go, alone bc it is tight in there, and just see what she has for you, it's fun.
