I had a great experience here. The optometrist was able to address all of my concerns (I had several). He communicated his findings on the health of my eyes and answered my questions. For my glasses prescription, sometimes it can be tricky because I have astigmatism in both eyes but it's different in each. He seems to have gotten my prescription just right because I can see very well in my new glasses. He also was able to order blue light canceling lenses for them which was important to me as I'm prone to headaches without them. The optician who helped me choose frames was incredibly efficient. It's the fastest I've ever chosen a pair of frames, and I really like them. The office ran so smoothly. Transparent pricing. On time. Definitely would recommend. read more

Everyone at Diamond is friendly, accommodating, and they're always eager to help me when I have small issues like loose screws (not the ones in my brain though), etc. I've had two eye exams here and have had them replace lenses in an older pair glasses. Rather than explain to me what you expect from your staff, encourage staff to increase customer service, explain to staff that your customers deserve explanations for delays, and assist them on doing a better job anticipating your needs. No issues with you or the exam. No excuses for dismissive and inattentive staff. Although my visit was not ideal, I recommended a coworker to your office. I wrote a review about this place a few days ago. However, I have so much more to say about this awesome place. My sunglasses fell and broke, brand new only had them for a few weeks. I went with them to see what they could do for me. They call the manufacturer right away and they got them to replace the frame under warranty. Awesome staff and amazing customer service!!! I found my new optometry! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a very wide selection of frames from several high end designers. (BTW, LOVING MY NEW TOM FORDS!!!) Jessica is super cool and definitely knows her stuff. Dr. Quach (spelling?) was very personable and took her time with my exam. I didn't feel rushed at all and felt like my eyes were being properly taken care of, unlike my old optometrist whose name shall remain anonymous... :( I think their prices are competitive but I don't think they're the absolute lowest I've seen. But it's worth it for the personal attention and care you get when you come here, unlike some other places where they round you up like cattle and treat you as such. My insurance covered most of the expense anyway, but I just thought I'd point that out. So if a personal approach is important to you, like it is for me, then I highly recommend this place. I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it. First off the shop is clean, bright, and happy. You get a very personalized feel here, not like an assembly line at all. Dr Kao was very friendly and thorough and I felt very well taken care of. I felt like she was very knowledgeable, and helped us find the right sunglasses for my husband...and ones that not only looked great but also would work well with his prescription. As for me, I have been wearing contacts for years and thought my vision was optimized but she recommended a different type of contact and when I put it on I realized what I had been missing. She also worked with our insurance to try and get us the best deal for our plan. It's on a busy street, but behind the building there's a parking lot and the first 2 hours are free and so parking was not an issue at all. As an added bonus there are a lot of little shops in that area that you could peruse while you're there. read more

I had to use yelp to find the right optometry for me, and I did not regret it. I was given excellent service and some friendly, happy smiles from staff who are obviously skilled and not in a hurry to help you just to move on to the next patient. Dr. Katee Quach is a caring doctor who really works hard to get you your right prescription and checks your eyes thoroughly. Vince was very helpful in the front office helping me make the right choices on my selections and catering to all my needs and so were the other staff there. My orders for contacts arrived on time when they said they will and I was happy they even installed my sunglasses nose pieces for free. I work in the medical field customer service and I've been to a lot of optometry clinics that were so packed , the docs are too busy to even do a thorough eye exam and its disappointing. I am impressed at this clinic for the great customer service they have and the professionalism they practice. Needed a new eye doctor for my new insurance and they were great-- way better than the mega eye practice I went to years ago. Jessica made sure everything was on time and went smoothly so I could get to work on time. Dr. Peng explained everything, explained the difference between two contact brands, and recommended the cheaper one, which was great. If you need your eyes checked, or a pair of glasses I would recommend Diamond Vision. I've gone here twice over the past couple of years, and it is by far the best optometrist experiene that I've had. On my recent visit, last week, Dr. Peng conducted the eye exam. She was really welcoming and professional. I felt comfortable right away. She was also thorough, and made sure to answer all of my questions. My optician, Jessica, was awesome. I had an awesome experience at this optometry! Dr. Huang was very attentive and was extremely patient with me during my examination. She made sure all of my questions were answered and I really felt she had my best interest in mind. I can see better now then I have in awhile. The office staff was awesome as well. Dr. Wu is a wonderful optometrist who spends time to thoroughly explain things to you. He looks pretty young, but he sure knows his stuff! There's also a wide selection of eye wear and sunglasses, so you'll be sure to find something you like here. His optical assistant is very friendly and helpful. She helped readjust my sunglasses to fit me better even though I didn't even buy them there! There is plenty of parking on the back side of the building. Dr. Huang was very friendly to them and made them feel at ease during the exam. I found Diamond Vision through yelp when I was looking to get an eye exam for glasses. I called around and found that Diamond Vision was the most affordable in the area. Was I surprised to find that the optometrists were so gracious and friendly. When it came around to have my eyes checked for contact lenses, I once again called around to find pricing in the area. The prices at Diamond Vision were the most affordable again. Although their seletion of frames isn't as extensive as Linden, their pricing and service deserves a rating of five stars. read more

He was very good with the devices and were very efficient in carrying out the exam. He explained everything in detail very clearly during this process. He was also very friendly. Ms. Lee and Ann spent a lot of time helping me choose a frame. I have long suspected that my head must be oddly sized or shaped, because I have always had difficulty finding frames that fit me well. They had always tended to be not wide enough. I was a patient here for 2 years until last week. I came in because my contacts ripped while I was at work and needed an emergency pair to drive home in at least. I wasn't able to make an appt until the next day since I had somewhere to be, but asked if I could possibly have a trial pair just until I got a newer exam. (I've been wearing the same prescription anyway) They said no even after I explained I needed them to see to drive home and I don't have glasses to use. I still don't understand why they couldn't do this for me, I even offered to pay for the trial. Instead I had to risk driving home without being able to see clearly. I immediately changed optometrists offices to ACCESSOREYES down the street where the optometrist gave me a trial pair no problem after my exam, even though they didn't have the type I wanted. She gave me a trial pair of another brand while I wait for mine to come in. read more

Rude staff. Walked in looking for prescription safety glasses and the first question from the receptionist was how I was going to pay. Then when directed to another office worker to view the selection I was asked to present a prescription before being allowed to see glasses.
