We have tried to make it work with Xfinity but they didn't meet expectations. After a tech visit a few weeks ago the service was worse than before and they charged us more than what we were told. (Increased to $288/month. Insane!!) We had multiple service outages per day. We kept notes, up to forty service disruptions per day. We cancelled Xfinity today and returned all the equipment. They said we had more equipment than we returned. Time to face a simple truth, we can't return something Xfinity never installed. (Ie security tablet and phone equipment.) We closed the account and paid off the last bill this afternoon. From our perspective we are done. I have zero confidence they won't come back claiming we owe them more money.
