Hello, I don't…read morenormally write reviews but felt this was necessary. 10 months ago we moved from a condo in Salt Lake to a home in Farmington. Every so often we'd lose signal and just attributed it the strong winds that Farmington gets but it became increasingly worse without winds. Called Dish Pros and indicated what happened they weren't accommodating at all and recommended we call dish. Dish came out today and indicated that the signal was low and the satellite wasn't secured properly. This was done as no charge from dish and yet we had to pay $70 for dish pros last fall. If you're reading this they won't tell you that you may be able to go direct to dish for less or no charge. Extremely disappointed that they won't do anything to make it right.

We have tried to make it work with Xfinity but they didn't meet expectations. After a tech visit a few weeks ago the service was worse than before and they charged us more than what we were told. (Increased to $288/month. Insane!!) We had multiple service outages per day. We kept notes, up to forty service disruptions per day. We cancelled Xfinity today and returned all the equipment. They said we had more equipment than we returned. Time to face a simple truth, we can't return something Xfinity never installed. (Ie security tablet and phone equipment.) We closed the account and paid off the last bill this afternoon. From our perspective we are done. I have zero confidence they won't come back claiming we owe them more money. So, this review also serves as a written public record of full account closure and equipment has been returned.
