ASAP Pool Installers installed our new 18' above ground pool in the spring of 2026. This is our…read morethird pool installed in addition to 3 liner replacements. This is by far the worst install/liner replacement of all. The bottom of the pool feels like the surface of the moon. It is so lumpy that debris collects in the valleys making it very difficult to vacuum. After the install we were told to wear flip flops the first several times we used the pool to avoid "heel and toe" indentations. This sounded odd since we were never told to do this in the past, but we followed the installers instructions. It didn't help. I contacted ASAP about this with no response. Other than draining the pool, removing the liner and compacting the sand base and putting in a new liner, we are stuck with this. On a side note, their terms were cash at completion, which did not include sales tax. If you are lookin for a pool installer or someone to replace a liner, I would strongly suggest that you don't use ASAP.
