This could change your backyard My wife wanted to get an in ground pool put in at our house . I was flexible to either a gunnite pool (cement) or a vinyl liner and I started to read reviews from customers and they were all horrible and they took a year and it still wasn't right. Someone in my neighborhood had a gunnite pool put in and still have problems it's not level and so on. So we weren't going to do a pool.We were going to continue looking Then my wife called me and she said look at this Company they are called Artistic pools They do fiberglass pools and they have great reviews. Part # 1 When I'm thinking of doing business with Somebody and it's going to be a fair amount of money I would like to see the business. I feel you can tell a lot about the company when you see what their place looks like . I work in Philly but live in South Jersey so on a Friday afternoon I drove over to cinnaminson to see Artistic pools . I walked around the place and was blown away how neat and clean the property was . There were pools in the yard a bunch of assorted vehicles and everything was clean . I met Mark one of the 2 partners in the business . Mark was more than happy to show me around . One of the things I noticed bc I have ocd that there wasn't a weed in the whole yard. He was well aware or it . I said why are you here on a Friday Afternoon in the summer ? He said he's waiting for a tractor trailer to come up from Florida to deliver a pool for a customer and the trucker is running late. He's going to take it off with the crane himself. And he sent everyone home for the weekend. He's a Class act. He told me all about San Juan pools . They are the largest Distributors of their pools. And they do NJ, Pa, Del, Md . I researched all the other fiberglass pools . And in my research I found 2 things . One the reviews on San Juan from around the country were great . And 2 if I was going to go forward with a pool it was going to be with Artistic . Part#2 Craig came over to look at our backyard and take measurements and told us approximately what we would be able to fit . He also said on the side of the house we would have to clear 17' wide swath of land to have the crane to be able to bring the pool in . Okay . We finally settled on a pool called the Clearwater beach 17' wide x 37' long with ( A tanning ledge 8' x 8' where the water is only 18" deep which was a must for my wife ) My situation was unique they were going to try and fit me in before they closed down for the winter . Mark who handles the ordering, the finances and a bunch of the other stuff called San Juan pools to see if there was any way they might be able to make this happen. The next person I met on the Artistic Team was Sharene who was in charge of all permits, site surveys and everything else. I had no idea had to be done what was involved. She told me not to worry . She's got this and I saw over the next couple of months how tenacious she was with her job . Do NOT mess with her . My township put her thru the paces . But not once did she back down . She had records of every conversation and email with the town . They made the mistake of calling her on a couple of things . They lost . Everything was good to go Part # 3 Mike the pool whisperer. Mike is the other partner who go's out on every pool installation. I think they do about 100 pools a year . He wanted to come out to look at my property 1st and told me some things to get ready before the installation. Okay installation day . They were supposed to be there at 7:00 am so I went out to get donuts & coffee for I think 8-10 guys . My wife called my yelling a little everybody was there it was 6:40 WTF 20 mins early . Everything was amazing I'm attaching some pictures. In one mikes staring at the yard seeing it in his mind . He might have even tasted the dirt . It was like a symphony and he was the conductor. First ill start from the beginning, the sales rep mike was outstanding, mike and his team when they came for install of the pool 5 stars. Then the bad the electrical contractor they have absolutely horrible first time they came left a mess and tools everywhere behind and it failed. Because the hole wasn't dug to code. Second time the electrician came out had to dig the hole to code not even close to code so I went out there and dug the trench to code so it will pass upon digging I found a connection not even close together if I would have never found this I would have had a lot of electrical problems down the rd. Then a couple months down the rd my salt cell went artistic had none in stock due to supply. Artistic told me to contact the manufacturer for replacement they didnt offer a sub salt or anything to help nor did they try calling to help. I had to do all the calling and aggravation after just paying a boat load of money for there service. And on top of it all they wanted to charge me 200 to come out diagnosis the problem again the pool was just installed a few months ago mark the owner has horrible customer service experience. From the get-go, Artistic Pools was upfront and fair about the sale and installation of San Juan Pools. They provided all the information I needed to be confident in the build, quality and warranty of San Juan Pools. Artistic Pools' website, which is handled exceptionally by co-owner Mark, provides detailed pictures, specs, references and transparent pricing information that other companies make you jump through hoops for. Their salesperson, Craig, was always informative and responsive to my questions while never pushing to close the sale or to add any extra, expensive add-ons. Jenea handled the permit application with ease, completely offloading that potential hassle from my plate. And finally, co-owner Mike and his crew were SUPERB with overseeing the project. I was amazed that the pool was installed in just 1 day (and weeks ahead of their estimated schedule), with the cement, electrical and other details finished a week later. Mike and his crew also installed my pavers- this was a much more intensive project than the pool and they handled it fairly and with precision and expertise. 2 years after my pool was installed the tile we had around the pool started to break off in pieces. They admitted that the tile was defective and refused to do anything and now it is going to cost me thousands to replace it!!! They install and tell you after 1 year you are on your own and nothing is covered!!! Go elsewhere!! read more

Artistic Pools are the greatest. I have had my salt water pool for two years now and we love it. The team at Artistic is the best,they come in get the yard ready drop the pool and in seven days I was having guest over to swim.
