First and last time at this salon diamond nails... I was referred by a friend drive all the way from corona... Kenny was rushed and put the tips on pointing upward ... there was a gap between my nail and the tip which causes water to get in and fungus eventually ... he was rushed and sloppy they looked horrible ... One nail was put on totally crooked and then he filed it so much so skinny coffin shape to correct the crookedness and it was way different then the other nails... each nail was different he does very sloppy and sub par work.... I had somewhere to go that eve I asked if someone could fix them... he said he's the best they have and he would cut one hand of my nails off to not pay.... he cut them off and I was stuck with ridiculously short nails on one hand! Had to go to another place she said they were very bad and flat and pointing upward because of how sloppy he put the tip... I literally ripped them off 4 days Worst place ever read more

It Was my first time here today, I LOVE MY NAILS. I went to 5 different salons and DIAMOND Nails & Spa tops them all. I'm very picky about the shape and I love how they did my nails. I am definitely coming back. This nail salon is my to go to. Very happy & satisfied with my nails and loved the cleanliness and the layout of the place. Customer service was also AMAZING. They have turned me down literally 5 times now!! I I guess I should've learned my lesson. I'm always rushing so I've always asked for nail polish change only. I don't get manicures, pedicures, or full sets. So I know that they don't make much money out of me and that's why they keep turning me down now. They keep telling me that they're too "busy", when it's clearly people just walking around not doing anything. I went in today one more time just to see if they can do my nails this time, again they told me they were too busy. The minute I walked out, two more people walked in and they ttook them right away. I couldn't believe it. They don't care about their customers, They only care about making money. read more

Great service, and great work. They get pretty busy but they try to accommodate. They have a great selection on gel colors that also match the normal (non-gel) colors. Clean spa equipment and tools. The ladies are quite nice. Lisa does beautiful designs as well. Definitely recommend read more

I love my feet with the gel French tip, as for my full set I know it could've been done much neater I got the pink and white ombre acrylic gel and theirs nail dust under the gel and on some fingers the gel is uneven it sucks I paid for this!! read more

I had a horrible experience and will never return. I went in on a Thursday evening for a full pink and white set and a pedicure. Kenny, the owner, did my nails and a girl did my feet. My pedicure was o-k. Not god, Just ok. The massage was lame and sated Bly about two minutes on each foot, and the callous remover was a waste. The paint job on my pedicure was the best part of the experience. As I was getting my feet done, Kenny started my nails. When he was halfway done, another customer came in, and Kenny asked if he could start her hands and finish me up after. Uhm....no! I needed to run several errands as I was leaving for Vegas the next day. He finished my nails, and I paid and left. My mistake for not not carefully checking my nails before I left. When I got home, I realized my nails looked HORRENDOUS! They were uneven, crooked, SUPER THICK, you could see the line of my nail where the pink and white meet, and there were bubbles in the acrylic. I cannot fully explain how horrible they looked. I went back to this place before I left on my trip. Kenny wasn't there but I showed the girl who did my feet how horrible my nails looked. She agreed. She offered to re-do them but I had no time as I was leaving. I was very upset that my nails looked so bad all weekend. So embarrassing! I went back on Monday when I returned to town and Kenny re-did them. I guess if things would have ended there, it wouldn't have been so bad. But halfway through, Kenny tried to go off on ME and somehow tried to blame me. I wasn't having any of that! He was so unprofessional. His work is HIS responsibility. I guess that's why this salon is always so empty. Horrible quality of service. Never again. read more

I've worked near this nail salon for quite some time and have gone in to get my eyebrows waxed and was always pleased so I figured well why not get my nails done next? Big mistake. I decided to get an acrylic full set during my 30 minute break, so I headed over, walked in, and wasn't greeted by anyone. So when I walked to the back I was rudely asked what I wanted and I asked for a full set. She asked me to choose my color and sit. At this time there were 2 other customers in there getting pedis and 3 employees so I figured it shouldn't be too long. 10 minutes into waiting I asked how long it would be and she called one of her employees to sit me down and get started. When the nail tech got to me she stared at my nails and said "sorry I can't work on these they're too short" Umm..yeah that's kinda the point of me getting acrylics? So when I reminded her I wanted a full set of acrylics she laughed and said "you should've mentioned that before, my husband is in the back sleeping he would've gotten you in and out in no time" Okay well, you couldn't have woken him up 15 minutes ago? At this point I was already annoyed but I figured to continue anyway. To make a long story short it took over an hour to do my nails. The placement of the acrylics was crooked and when I pointed it out she said that's the shape it's supposed to be. She packed so much acrylic that they felt thick and cheap. The length was incredibly long I couldn't do anything with them, even after I asked for short. Anyway, the reason I rated 2 stars is because I've never had a problem with my eyebrows being waxed by them, but never again will I return for nails. read more

I been coming here for years and boy have I seen a dead decline in their service, they rush your service now. Lisa was always my go to gal, but for the past few months it seems like they just don't care anymore, they have no order they let other people in front of you even if you been waiting, their daughter is very rude I can go on and on with my horrible experience today,, I wanted to give you guys a shot and continue with our years of service but you have definitely lost a faithful customer. I have gone to this place a couple times before they cut cut me while doing my pedicure and manicure. After a year I decided to try then again since I got a gift certificate, well they did it again the girl who did my manicure cut me bad 3 fingers in my right hands are still hurting and bleed upon any sudden rubbing. The did not apologize not did I get any compensation or discount. Needles to say I will never go there ever again !!!!!!!!! read more

Second time giving this place a try. Disappointed again!!! They rush your service. Top coat on gel is bad the corner ends have no shine. My toes same thing. My toes and hands are both black. I like the whole nail bed painted and the edges have no polish. I had to fix it myself! ! This is the last try for me and besides they are over priced just a tad. When I got there there was only one other lady costumer. But by the time the lady started doing my nails other people starting coming in...so she started multi-tasking. She didnt do a manicure, she only filed them a little, she painted my nails -I wanted white tips. But when she finished the white tip she went to start a pedicure on someone else. She was the only employee doing pedicure without gloves, and after handling someone else's feet came to touch my hands. She was a very nice lady, so i quietly asked her if she could wash her hands before continuing the manicure. When she finally understood me, she did. She did a really bad job, I had to ask her to paint the corners and then I realized a verh noticeable bubble, she was gone. So the gentleman that worked there told me he would fix it...so he put a white coat over the already finished nail.I didnt ask him to fix more, but when I got outside I saw a nail job I could have done myself better, bubbles uneven and it started chipping the next day. I took it off then. I like to believe this was because they got busy, but I wasted mg money. I gave two stars because they were nice, but there is plenty of better places. Went to get my eyebrows done. Man wasn't friendly but still decided to stay. Young girl that was going to do my eyebrows wasn't friendly at all. Extremely rude & unwelcoming. I came here for a pedicure,instead of going to my regular salon because it was out of the way.I come in and tell them what I want,the guy tells me ok pick your color and take a seat.I sit on a regular chair,waiting for a good 15 minutes.There is only 1 massage chair being occupied and some lady walking around doing nothing.Ok,I'm waiting.This female walks in and takes a seat on one of the chairs and they all quickly treat her like queen and take care of her.The man after a couple of minutes realizes Im getting upset and tells me she had an appointment they'll take care of me right now.He pulls some lady out from the back and she does my pedicure.LAZY!!Female did a half ass job,my toenails weren't straight at all,looked like the pedicure my 7 year old gives me.Never coming back. read more

This was my first time here first impression wasnt too good bcuz I was told to come in at a certain time n didn't get seated till 30 minutes after so make sure you have time if you want to come. Excellent customer service. Needed a nail salon asap to fit into my early schedule; opened at nine. They were able to fit us in their schedule without much problem. I love this place!!!! hands down the best place to get your nails done I like that there is a guy owner he does your nails quick no muss no fuss I have also had his wife do my nails she is such a sweetheart always complimentary they have a great staff always smiling. I'm freaked out about that stupid drill but have never had any issues here finally!! nor have I had any serious issues never had a broken or chipped nail. I'm happy to come back. read more

They were wonderful - it's a beautiful atmosphere - Tina immediately took me to a chair and helped me choose a color - I highly recommend them - They have a beautiful chandelier in the center of the salon. I would've given this place a 2 star, but for the first 6 months of coming here I had very few issues. They became increasingly harder on my skin/nails as if they didn't care. From nipping at my skin to poking me and one time cutting my toenails soo short that it was painful to walk. I finally stopped going to this location b/c it shouldn't be painful to get your nails done. read more
