No emotion didn't say hello. Barely want to even help me but whatever I ordered apart online so I was just picking it up. Went back the next day, online it says the close at 6:30 I got there at 6:03. As soon as I walk in a man and a lady are just standing there talking and laughing and they instantly look at me and say "oh we're closed" even though the door is wide open and then they're just sitting there kicking the shit. I just stand there with a blank face cuz I'm like...really.. it's damn near 30min till close time and yall are literally doing nothing. Lady says.. "well do you know what you need?" Cuz she knew I was like wtf.. so that was her attempt to help me, but I was returning something.. I knew it was gana be an issue so I just turn around and walked out.. they literally walked right behind me and closed the door n locked it. Stood there n watch me go to my car. You think they would help me when there's still 30 minutes to the store closes and there's nobody in there. It's not like they're busy. I'm the only customer in there. Pathetic il never step foot in there again.

I don't remember his name but he was really helpful. I showed him the parts I needed and he came through. He walked me to the areas I needed and pulled the items off the shelf for me. Everything fit perfectly. I bought the parts I needed online. Everything was wrong. This is why we need a physical store with actual employees that know what they're doing. Not only were the parts wrong they were double the cost. I spent $12 for my parts at mission. Versus $25 online. At the end at check our guess what??? They had WORLDS FINEST CHOCOLATE. First, I think it is so unprofessional when the male manager yells at the employees on the sales floor. I witnessed him yelling at two employees in front of customers. He yelled at one employee where they duplicate the keys, and he was yelling at another employee in the plumbing section. Second, I felt discriminated against. An employee was racially profiling me. An employee was following me throughout the store, watching everything I picked up and put down, not helping any other customer, just looking at me. I just felt very uncomfortable.

This Home Depot seems newer than the ones closer to me which is neat. The layout is completely different too with more fancier sheds on the outside and the entrance being sort of in a corner than the standard rectangular ones I'm used to. Many more self check outs too which is nice. Workers were helpful and seemed like they were having a good time at work since they were sing song chanting the calls for when they're driving a fork lift and such.
