Decent option close to the DMV for hitting. Machines are mediocre and tend to be difficult to calibrate. Service is very good.

We love this place. Our two sons love baseball, so we bring them here almost every week. Highly recommended.

Came in here at 9:30am and we had to wait for someone to leave just to park. When entering there was two young boys working the front that was nice enough to help us. I told him it was our first time and he walked us over and showed us the cages and said we could go to one cage from one small window that was open and then another cage for another short time because all the cages were reserved. Disappointing experience but I appreciate the boys trying to make us get a little play time before we had to get kicked out. Not a fan of the token situation to use the machine. DBat had touch cards like Dave and Busters. And not a fan of the surcharge either. If another person makes a batting business closer to Clarksburg? Then this business probably won't be as busy as it is right now. My friend takes his son here for Classes and Dom loves it! I might try to come back when the weather gets better

Unfortunately, I won't be going back again until we are post-COVID. It is a confined indoor space and on both days the person at the front desk was not wearing a mask and most of the other people using the batting cages also were not and there was no enforcement.

We have tried many different facilities and coaches over the years for my older son and for her and I am truly impressed by the level of attention my daughter is given during well thought and organized camps. Her private instruction is not "cookie cutter" but tailored to meet her needs and enhance her strengths as well as develop new approaches, drills and thought process to her weaknesses. The facilities are spacious with multiple areas for instruction and drill. Even enough room to run infield drills in bad weather with a team! There are multiple instructors for various skills for pitching, hitting, catching and fielding. Instruction does not only focus on the physical aspects of the game (softball in this case) but also mental and preparation. Discussion about nutrition, workouts beyond coaching, and habits also is included as part of helping my athlete be ready to compete. Pure Performance meets the athlete where they are and prescribes a program to help them achieve their goals. I am very impressed with the comprehensive program provided by Pure Performance and it's coaches.

She was struggling with hitting and I knew enough that as a travel player, she passed my ability to help her. She was nervous going in for her first lesson with Coach Ryan - more so when he said I had to stay in the waiting room. After the lesson, Coach Ryan gave me a tour of the facility and sent us home with several drills. On the ride home, I asked my daughter what she thought - she was sold and couldn't wait to go back. She noticed a difference between the start and finish of her lesson based on Coach Ryan's corrections. And although Coach Ryan intimidates her - she never wants to disappoint him - she's excited for every lesson, with no sign of stopping. Last Fall, she moved up to 12U travel as a 10 yr old. The change in ball size was a struggle batting and as a catcher. So, we upped our visits with Coach Ryan but she also started lessons with Coach Morgan. An amazing catching coach, that has helped her with the transition and to excel behind the plate. My daughter lights up whenever she sees Coach Morgan; and although she is drenched in sweat after every lesson, she never wants them to end. In addition to the private lessons, Pure Performance's clinics and camps are great for players of any skill or age. Last summer, I sent both my daughters (the younger plays rec ball) to the summer camp. They do some things as a group but others are based on skill/team age. They had a great time and were never short of stories about the drills, conditioning, games, competitions of the day. They were exhausted but excited for the next day. They enjoyed it so much that they asked to attend again this summer and are bringing friends. We are always on the lookout for new camps and clinics. Overall, I cannot say enough about Pure Performance; the facility, coaches, instructors, camps, clinics, cage/lane rentals. Thank you

I noticed that the business opens at 11:00 am so we arrived 10 minutes early so we could get started as soon as possible. The reservation was for one hour and so I wanted to capture as much of that hour as possible. It was closed when we arrived and within 10 minutes two other customers arrived. At 11:15 it was still closed and the other customers left. By 11:20 two more customers arrived, saw that it was closed and left within five minutes. We decided to wait. A man arrived with his small boy, they had a plan to use the Go Carts, they waited about five minutes and left with a very upset young man. At 11:30 another customer arrived saw that it was closed and left. At 11:32 more customers arrived, they had left over tokens from a prior visit, the gates to the batting cages were open so they put their tokens in the machine got ready to hit... but the machine didn't turn on and they didn't get their tokens back. So they started hitting all the balls left over on the ground back into the cage. At 11:38 the employee arrived and went inside. He was really nice and helpful, apologized for the delay and got us up and batting in the cages. The other folks hitting were able to start batting as well. We rented the cage for an hour at $45 and started batting. It's was great; couple hiccups with the machine but it was minor and fixed itself. I had two young boys and we used the slowest pitch. It works well for kids 7 - 10. It wasn't too busy and we used our hour but we could have used another hour if we wanted to. Honestly it was a lot of fun and I'm really glad we waited and were able to bat. In a world full of impatience I think being patient paid off for us. We will definitely come back.

For other studios, I often dragged myself to class just to finish a class package, but for BASH I get so excited and pumped to go. It's been about 2 months here and I'm already 30 classes in! BASH is a combo of boxing and high intensity strength training for 45 minutes. Half of us start with floor exercises while the other half is on the bags, and you switch 1 to 2 times, so class really just flies by. The punching bags are filled with water making it easier on joints compared to traditional bags too. The coaches here are all amazing... so energetic, friendly, encouraging, and motivating! I think they have a very good balance of knowing who you are, but not getting into your business (unless you want them to lol); and giving you pointers during class but also providing you plenty of space to just get a good sweat in. I really appreciate that. I also love how they encourage us to give fist bumps...it's such a simple act but really gives you a sense of camaraderie and encouragement!

Super convenient. There is parking just behind the gym if you drive there. I took the Bash, Box and Burn classes. For me the Box class was by far the best. It's extremely hard. Like no joke. It was great. Bash was really good too. Burn wasn't for me. It's more of a yoga class which is just not my thing. It was a little confusing given the brand but whatever. I should've read the details more closely when I signed up for that one. Also I have a wrist injury so couldn't do most of that class anyway. The Bash and Box classes go super fast so if you are unfamiliar with the six basic punches of boxing I would suggest getting a 101 class first just so you don't feel overwhelmed. Because it's so small it feels very community based. If tons of amenities are your thing this may not be the right fit. That said, I appreciated the towels and in the women's room there is a nice selection of toiletries. It also may not be right for anyone who needs adaptions due to injury. The classes just go too fast for that and all of the instructors are very young so maybe not super mindful of older bodies. It is very loud and tight quarters, by design but worth knowing in advance. There are free lockers. It was nice to see a huge diversity of ages, bodies and genders in the clientele. Good vibe.
