A few weeks ago, an outer window was struck by a golf ball (a truly bad shot) resulting in an almost shattered window. We knew that the replacement would be a custom job and we called Diamond Glass Company. From the first visit (by Troy) explaining the process required to remove and replace the glass to the repair completed by Milo this morning, I could not be more pleased. Both Troy and Milo were very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Milo did an awesome job removing both a stained glass window and the pressurized glass from the inside with a bath tub in the way. The replacement of the pressurized with a new custom sized window and the replacing of the stained glass window was without issue. Very well done. Horrible company. Installed a basic shower (one fixed panel and a standard door) and the glass door is so warped it looks ridiculous. They say that it is "within industry standards" and refuse to replace it. Oddly, the five other glass showers in this house have no warp nor did any of the glass showers in the prior four homes we have owned before this house have any warped doors. They just hide behind their "industry standard" language to keep from doing the right thing. They could care less about the end product. read more

We had all three bathrooms renovated,. Quotes from two others as well as diamond glass. Compared to the other two, Sammy our representative was so detailed in measurements and told us several options. Unlike the other two, limiting us to the cheaper options. Sammy sold us the half inch, for such large big shower it would not wobble as much and On the low iron product, so much better because you can enjoy the color of the tile behind. The low iron is so clear compared to the green colored glass that is bottom of the line. The team of installers are so dedicated as well , it's one thing to sell it, but you must equally be able to install it and they did so well. Long story short a flaw occurred out of nowhere on top of glass, they attempted to fix it and came very close. They came and replaced the flawed glass with a brand new one. Without removing the vanity, might I add. This company I would refer to anyone, I wish I could do business with them all the time,definitely get two other quotes and then call Sammy. read more

NO SHOWROOM, NO PROBLEM! The Diamond Glass Company is a small business that is located a short distance from the intersection of Kimball Bridge and Westside Parkway. They do not have a showroom but they do have an office and space where they store materials and finished projects. This is important if you simply want to see a particular type of glass or hardware. Although they did not have a showroom, Troy did a great job of explaining the various doors and features that are available for a custom and standard shower. I was considering a replacement mirror for my master bath but Troy was nice enough to redirect me to the internet for a framed mirror that would be more cost effective. I appreciated that. Don't worry, this business is not like the guy who lists a false address that doesn't exist. After trying to find it, I called him only to find out that he does not have an actual business address, just a phone number. No way Buddy, I need a physical address so that I can find you if something goes awry! Also, established businesses have offices even if their primary business is "in home". Troy was in no way "Slim Shady" and it was evident that he knew his business when it came to glass. He was able to answer all of our questions and give us helpful suggestions. These people need more marketing. On a quest to find a shower door part and having no luck at any of the usual places like Home Depot, I eventually got referred here by a plumbing company. My GPS takes me down an odd little stretch of road, off another little road I've never been on in Alpharetta. I spy this old industrial building down in the woods with a gravel driveway surrounded by a chain link fence. The place looks deserted. Oh my. This is it? How badly do I REALLY need that thingy for my shower door after all? Is bathroom perfection worth a horror movie ending? No wait, I can do this. I'm a grown up with a leaky shower. Gulp. Forge ahead into parking lot. So glad I did!! These folks are so, so friendly and nice!! They fix or install all sorts of glass - windows, mirrors, shower doors - and can get many hard to find glass-related parts. Among other things, they can install decorative wood frames to refresh old bathroom mirrors, repair fogged double-paned windows, or install frameless shower doors. They service all of metro Atlanta. Best part? I was in and out in 15 minutes with my custom-cut part, costing less than half what I found it for on the internet. I'll be back next time I need anything glass-related. read more

Not impressed. My wife broke the glass in a new custom picture frame, so I had Diamond Glass Company, Inc, in Alpharetta GA cut a new piece of glass. I wanted the new glass to be more durable than the broken one, so I ordered a thicker 3/16" clear tempered glass. When I arrived at Diamond Glass to pick up the glass, they had a hard time locating my piece out of hundreds of glass pieces outside in the rain next to the building. There appeared to be no organization at all. They actually had to use a measuring tape to measure several pieces, before they found mine. Oddly, the piece they found for me did not have its work order attached to it like all the other pieces. They put the piece in my car and measured it a second time to make sure it was the right piece. I gave the glass a cursory look, but it was covered in rain water so I couldn't easily inspect it for flaws. When I got home and started to pull it out of the car, I noticed one of the corners has a couple of very noticeable chips (see attached photo). I thought, well maybe it won't be noticeable once the glass is mounted in the frame. No such luck, it's not terribly noticeable, but it is noticeable. Also, the glass had many smudges that were very difficult to remove. Lastly, there is one scuff mark that will not come out. I feel like the piece should have been cleaned and polished before turning it over to me. This is just not what I was expecting for a $70 piece of glass. It's sad too, because I have a ton more glass work that I need to get done, and I was hoping this experience would make me a repeat customer. read more

I broke the glass window for my garage door and was searching for a place to get a new one cut. I found them via google and have them a call to make sure it was something they could do. Very nice on the phone. Decided to go ahead and drive over. I only had limited time bc I needed to pick my daughter up, but they had said they could do it while I waited. They were very friendly. Took my glass back to cut and rang me up. It was 1/3 the price the garage door company in downtown Atlanta quoted me! They did make a mistake (poor communication prob on my part) but they recut me 2 new pieces of glass. We may be doing a bathroom renovation in the future, so I took their brochure for glass shower doors :-) and then I started to think of all the other things I can have them do...very great company and I will use them again! My job involved installing an intricate wall to wall 1/2 inch glass for my wine cellar!! Their quote was more than reasonable! Engaged Troy on two different appointments! Always showed up on time. Since this is so intricate of a job and since we couldn't possibly have any gaps as the wine cellar would have a cooling and humidity control unit Troy had all kinds of laser devices going in that room. Diamond did some work on our new bathroom shower glass. This was a custom glass. Their quality is very good, but what I am upset about is their response when we had an issue. They came out to install our glass and scratched our NEWLY INSTALLED stone floor. Although they paid to get it fixed and it looks fine, they also scratched two shower tiles that cannot be fixed.
