Although we had some delays on getting the custom windows due to Covid and no fault of their own, they were extremely responsive and always calling to update me. I had a problem a few weeks ago with a window that had a cracked octagonal glass pane. I called Any Glass and explained my problem. In a day or so, a knowledgeable employee came to my home and took a look at the glass. He explained how it could be repaired but would require the replacement of the pane in question. Somehow I knew there was no shortcut. :) He left after advising that he would have his shop send me a work requirement and price for the needed work. A day or so later I received an email with all the information. I was OK with the proposal. An order was placed for a replacement pane. Several days later a technician and his apprentice came with a new octagonal pane and set about replacing the broken one. They were very business like and focused on a high quality repair. They were finished in less than an hour. The work area was left cleaner than when they arrived. I have nothing but the best things to say about my experience with Any Glass. TIME WELL SPENT! I have passed the Any Glass store many times but for some reason I thought that they only serviced cars. Recently I was referred to them for a shower door, huh? Really? I visit with my husband and sure enough, they have shower doors. They actually had several models on the floor and Russell spent a great deal of time explaining the different doors, accessories and options. He even took time to give us a couple of estimates as well. One of the owners was available and kept us company, (sharing information about the business and available services) as we awaited the estimate. I really appreciated Russell taking the time to visit with us because we actually walked in without an appointment just to see what they had available and to learn the scope of their services. We had no intention of meeting with anyone but it was really nice of Russell to take time away from his schedule to meet with us. I am seeing a new level of customer service from those who genuinely want our business and while it is refreshing, it can be overwhelming. How do you ever choose? Only time will tell, but Any Glass will definitely will be at the top of our list. Ordered a specialty cut of glass. The owner contacted me back very quickly. Advised that the size of glass would be better as tempered glass with rounded edges for my specific use. The price was very competitive, so I placed my order with a 'need by date', to have in time for my event. The glass was sent out to a subcontractor to round the edges and was returned to Any Glass with a quarter sized damage spot in it. The owner called me immediately and notified me that the damage was not up to her standard and she would immediately start on a replacement piece of glass. She offered that I use the damaged piece temporarily to have something in place. I used the glass with a tablecloth over it for my event, and heard back from Any Glass one week later with the new piece of glass. I would have given four stars for inconvenience, but the owner certainly earned that fifth star with her customer service. It is refreshing to see that some stores still know what customer service means. read more

The product is fine, however the customer service was TERRIBLE! to start, my order was not finished when they said it would be and it took ME having to call to find that out. once it was finished I went to pick it up and the lady at the desk was nice but they told me to pull around the corner and give them my slip and some guys would load it for me. I pulled around and got out and stood there waiting way too long for someone to show up and when he did he literally said not even one word to me. I showed him where I wanted the glass placed and he shook his head and then shoved it in my truck and walked away without saying anything! I literally said "you could be a little nicer!" as he walked away. talk about attitude I ordered a piece of window glass for a wedding present I made along with two glass shelves. The large piece of glass was 1/2 inch too short & won't work for the door. I called them to tell them about it & they said it was my fault because they always confirm the size. They may have confirmed it, but they wrote it down wrong. They then said they would not take a phone order from me again. Ironically, the measurement they wrote down is NOT the size they cut. Tell me again how that's my fault.
