Unfortunately, our experience deteriorated significantly during installation. During install, the crew forced the glass into place against the wall, which caused a chip in the bottom corner. At first, we didn't realize the full extent of the damage, but glass fragments were later found on the floor, creating a safety concern. Given the risks associated with compromised tempered glass, we requested a replacement. The owner argued that it was our fault, because the tile that the glass was supposed to bump up against was not installed, which is not true, when the glass was measured, the tile was laid on the wall to ensure that the fit was perfect. My husband also made note to ensure that the base of the glass was measured for the slope of the shower, which never happened, as when installed there was a gap at the bottom of the glass, and yet another comment that it can be fixed with silicone. An independent inspection confirmed the glass was structurally compromised and unsafe. The owner initially minimized the issue, suggesting it could be fixed rather than replaced. The company later returned to remove the damaged glass, leading us to believe a replacement was coming. They will also blame my husband as if he is a DYI guy, this man has been remodeling bathrooms and kitchens for 30 years and for the past 10 with the most reputable high end remodeling company in Atlanta. He is now retired, and after 30 years, I finally get the bathroom that I always wanted vs. his clients. So you can imaging, everything was handled more attentively than most contracting jobs. He has to live with the client :). I don't think that the owner appreciated the fact that he was just any client that he could lie to or yell at like others that posted their feedback. Instead, of fixing the problem and having a satisfied customer that could offer a lot of referrals, we received a text message the next day stating they would not complete the job and that we needed to find another vendor. Despite not completing the work--and after damaging the product during installation--they retained our 50% deposit. ($1200). No phone call, or reconciliation, or attempt to resolve the situation. Just a your fired as a client text message and we're keeping your money. Something they've done to others, if you look closely at other reviews either on Google or Yelp. Very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend confirming how installation damage and disputes will be handled before moving forward with this company. BUYER BEWARE... They will see me in small claims court

I just listened to his abusive rant for 4 minutes telling me off and saying he doesnt care what I post. Wow. The man is literally mentally disturbed and nasty. Prices are low because quality sucks and they treat customers like garbage. Stay away. I will probably have to file a lawsuit.
