The entire time the crews (Siding and Painting) were in my yard, I felt like angels were hovering. The Siding crew had beautiful, peaceful eyes. I rarely heard them talk but when I was able to hear them, they spoke quietly to each other. They worked from 8:30am to 7:30-8:30pm, cleaned up, then came back the next morning with the same amount of energy to work all day long. The Painters were amazing!!!!! I loved the Girl Power they had and the male leader that helped them along the way. They worked the same hours, 10-12 hours per day in the heat. The gutter crew did the work in 2 hours and it is beautiful and matches the paint perfectly. It is impossible to not like Mr. Dibble. Enock was gentle, encouraging, pastor-ly, and father-ly in the way he advised me. Dayana proactively communicated with me daily on EVERYthing. They paid attention to me and were totally trustworthy in whatever they advised me to do. We are thankful that we went through Lowe's and that Lowe's sent ABC. I can add only that ABC learn to be like McDonalds. Ask about add-ons up front and DON'T be afraid to discuss money, especially the final payment, which took several phone calls, probably ten customer service agents who avoided telling me the issue, but then came HOPE today who told me the bottom line about the addition to the second half of the payment. HOPE was brave enough to tell me - lol. Be like McDonalds. They offer the add-on of a hot apple pie or drink and give the price without hesitation at the order box. They don't wait until you get to the pay window to hesitantly offer an add-on or the total price. They don't wait until you get to the pickup window, either. They do it at the order board. ABC should not be afraid to offer add-ons that Lowe's allows or they see are needed, right up front, so as not to have the customer getting the hesitation from several Customer service reps over several days when the project is finished. OTHERWISE, LOWE'S WAS PERFECT IN SENDING ABC AND I HAVE TOLD MANY, MANY, MANY PEOPLE TO USE LOWE'S FOR PROJECTS to be assured of getting people that can be trusted AND TO USE ABC FOR THEIR HOME REMODELING NEEDS. I LOVE ABC and all the people I dealt with there, including Mr. Jim Dibble (great man), Enock (gentle, wise, pastor-ly, fatherly, Supervisor), Dayana who communicated with me proactively almost daily, Ty, Stacie, Dusti, and Renaldo. I appreciate them all.

I was in the process of selling my home when I unexpectedly ended up with three huge holes cut into my basement ceiling (due to some last minute plumbing work requested by the Buyers). On a Friday, with the closing scheduled for Monday morning, Michael and his guys patched the holes and painted them with leftover paint I had. Unfortunately, the paint I gave them was not a good match at all. In addition, the upstairs AC quit working at the same time and it was hot as Hades up there! Although Michael doesn't generally work on weekends, he came out the next day, on a Saturday, and he brought along his HVAC man. The two of them got everything fixed. The ceiling looked like new and the AC was working great by the time the two of them left. I was the last to leave. At the exact moment I was backing down the driveway, the Buyers showed up to do their final walkthrough! (Talk about cutting it close!) Anyway, apparently, they were happy with everything they saw because the closing went off without a hitch the following Monday morning. I plan to use MCO Professionals for future work. I was very pleased with the quality of the jobs that were done; the price was the best of all the estimates I received; and Michael is very personable and easy to work with.

He was supposed to have a crew working but it was only him. He would show up at 10:30 or 11:00am and only work until 2:30 or 3:00 and take an hour lunch. This has taken over 6 weeks and the work is still not done right. The mudding and sanding looks terrible and no amount of paint will cover this up. Michael will ask for final payment before work is finished. Unfortunately we paid him so we've learned the hard way. I have plenty of pictures to show how bad this work is.

They patiently walked me through all the details about fabrication options, the installation process, warranty coverage, maintenance tips, and anything else I could think of. The team was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and just genuinely nice people who made me feel valued as a customer. A special shout-out to the two technicians, Oscar and Lamont, who handled the final installation. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and carefully, paid close attention to every detail, and left everything spotless. Think of them as irrational markets suddenly corrected--now everything looks balanced, stable, and dare I say, aesthetically efficient. The work was quick, thorough, and surprisingly affordable--an optimal equilibrium of quality and cost. I rarely give out 5-star reviews (my students will attest to this), but in this case, the marginal utility is through the roof. Handy Marin Services earns my highest recommendation.
