From the very beginning, they were kind, thorough, and never once made me feel pressured. They took full X-rays, explained everything clearly, and walked me through a treatment plan -- but at no point did they make me feel like I had to book anything or feel bad about how much work I needed or how anxious I was. After reviewing the treatment plan at home, I booked a filling appointment, which went great. The dental hygienists and dentist were efficient, gentle, and genuinely kind. Because of that experience, I felt comfortable enough to schedule my next appointment for three extractions (which I was understandably very nervous about). The day of the extractions, the dental hygienist checked on me constantly, and the dentist worked so quickly and smoothly that when he finished, I honestly asked if all three teeth were already out -- it was that easy. The front office staff also deserves a huge shout-out. They are incredibly kind and patient, especially with my anxiety (I'm sure I've made a few nervous phone calls), and they've never once made me feel rushed or judged. This practice truly makes you feel safe, respected, and supported. They don't make you feel ashamed that life happened -- they help you move forward without judgment. Despite this, they continue to advertise that they accept this insurance and take on new patients under that plan, which feels misleading. Reliable scheduling and transparency in billing are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, this office did not meet those expectations.

Yesterday we were able to get my mother in on an emergency basis. My mother's longtime and regular dentist would not see her until late afternoon. My 94 year old mother had fallen her face on concrete the night before and had spent the night in the hospital. Her primary injury was that her two front teeth had gone into her gum line. She was upset and of course concerned about saving her beautiful teeth. Upon release we drove immediately to Dr. Purcell's office who saw her during her lunch hour, explained the process thoroughly and was able to put my mother's teeth back into place. You can imagine our relief. My mom is now switching to Dr. Purcell. My other experience is that a periodontist suggested I needed a crown. Although it would have been an option, Dr. Purcell assured me that the crack was very minor and had no doubt been there a long time. Dr. Purcell took x-rays, discussed it with me thoroughly and suggested we just keep an eye on it. I was so happy not to have a crown done. Dr. Purcell's office employees (Shea, Ashley and Carrie) are very kind, professional and do a fantastic job. I will be forever grateful and highly recommend the practice.
