I can't say enough good things about this dental practice. I don't have dental insurance and am a cash-pay patient, and I originally came in for an emergency appointment. From the very beginning, they were kind, thorough, and never once made me feel pressured. They took full X-rays, explained everything clearly, and walked me through a treatment plan -- but at no point did they make me feel like I had to book anything or feel bad about how much work I needed or how anxious I was. After reviewing the treatment plan at home, I booked a filling appointment, which went great. The dental hygienists and dentist were efficient, gentle, and genuinely kind. Because of that experience, I felt comfortable enough to schedule my next appointment for three extractions (which I was understandably very nervous about). The day of the extractions, the dental hygienist checked on me constantly, and the dentist worked so quickly and smoothly that when he finished, I honestly asked if all three teeth were already out -- it was that easy. The front office staff also deserves a huge shout-out. They are incredibly kind and patient, especially with my anxiety (I'm sure I've made a few nervous phone calls), and they've never once made me feel rushed or judged. This practice truly makes you feel safe, respected, and supported. They don't make you feel ashamed that life happened -- they help you move forward without judgment. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. Appointments that were scheduled months in advance were repeatedly rescheduled, often with little regard for my time or planning. It felt like patient care was not prioritized equally, and that appointments were shifted to accommodate higher-paying procedures or patients. Additionally, the office states that they accept my insurance, yet I was still required to pay out of pocket due to their claim that they "have not had the best luck with payment" from that provider. Despite this, they continue to advertise that they accept this insurance and take on new patients under that plan, which feels misleading. Reliable scheduling and transparency in billing are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, this office did not meet those expectations. read more

Best cleaning I have had in years. My hygienist was very nice and did an excellent job. The doctor was friendly and helpful. Insurance was processed for me and I only had to pay what insurance didn't. The doctor waited for payment from my insurance. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable. read more

My bridge came off after 8 years. Called Dr Shah's office on July 4th and Dr Shah answered the phone on the emergency number! WOW, right?! I was scheduled to see him for the bridge replacement as early as 9:00 am on July 5th! Love this place!!! From the front desk receptionist to the dentist assistant to Dr Shah! Dr. Shah is amazing! The dental assistants (or hygienists or whatever they are called, sorry I just don't know the right term!) have a really good bedside manner and have good eyes for cavities. The front desk staff is always friendly to me and they do keep the front office looking spectacular. Honestly this would be five stars but recently I went in and they told me when I showed up that this new dentist was going to work on me. Of course because it was a new person I was not super comfortable and was awkward but decided it was worth a shot to try out this new dentist. Alas I did not care for their dental work so I thankfully was able to re-schedule my appointment with Dr. Shah. I did not care that they did not tell me about this new dentist until I showed up and they didn't give me an option to have my usual dentist when making the appointment for my dental work. See this is the thing. I drive all the way out to Maricopa for Dr. Shah. I do not live anywhere nearby so when I drive an hour and a half to go to the dentist I want it to be Dr. Shah. I could go to 100 dentists closer to me that are like the lady who worked on me but I drive almost two hours to have Dr. Shah's level of work. read more

I have had the "Bestest Dental" expirence here. I had a tooth emergency and was able to get in right away. Not only that, they set me up with a great in house plan to get my dental health back up to par. I normally freak out in the dentist chair and did but, want to I thank this staff for being there for me physically and mentally especially my hygienist, he was so amazing as he took his time and talked me through each step. read more

Stay away from this place. Absolutely trash. They brilliant receptionists will tell you everything you want to hear. They speak to you as if they were dental professionals themselves that is not the case they don't know a thing. They will tell you everything you want to hear over the phone but when you actually get there it's not what you discussed over the phone. Very uneducated staff. Dr Shah is useless doesn't know basic common courtesy of introducing himself or asking if I am in any pain or discomfort no I went for a tooth to get pulled and this fool tells me we should do a root canal. If I want it pulled pull it no try and sell me on a more expensive option. Avoid this place like AIDS. Highly recommend Chandler Dental in Chandler stay far far away from Coobblestone. So it was about that time for a checkup, and since I don't have insurance I decided to take advantage of the $59 Exam, cleaning and X-rays. When I called for an appointment I was able to get in the next day with a same time appointment for my daughter (12) and I. That was really convenient. I always have much anxiety for the dentist, you just know there is gonna be some pain and having someone prowl around in your mouth is always an awful experience. I was pleasantly surprised at what a nice clean establishment this was and a lot bigger than it appeared from the outside. The staff were all very genuinely friendly and personable as was the Dentist himself which is rare. (It's usually just some beady eyes behind a mask) They have flat screen TVs to watch while your in the chair and they take digital pictures of your mouth/teeth so you can see deep in there right on the screen (scary but cool) Good news, no cavities for either of us, so our trip was relatively painless. We'll be going back in 6months for another cleaning with Kimberly the hygienist who did a wonderful gentle job and even flossed my teeth for me, I've never had that done. I give it only 3 stars, because after all it is the DENTIST! If I along with most people didn't associate dentists with pain and trauma I'd probably give it 5 stars. read more

He always takes the time to explain the dental procedures and answer all my questions. I have dental insurance, but some procedures are not covered. Dr. Shah and his staff are terrific! I have always hated the dentist and avoided them, but since going to Dr. Shah for the past 5 or 6 years I am now happy and have a great smile. He did a ton of cosmetic work for me as well as general maintenance. With the real big stuff as well as with the little things, he is beyond compare. I went in today for a filling and exam. Dr.Shah was the dentist who did my filling. Both him and his dental assistant were very sweet and gentle. I usually am very afraid of the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and fully numb. I came here and loved the service from the staff. Very friendly & made me feel like I was important. I tried another denstist office only because my daughter went there for braces and was treated horrilbe from them. I am coming back here because Cobblesone dental knows how to treat their patient's and always accomodates with appointment times. I learned a lesson and will not try another dentist office. I have been using Dr. Shah for a few years. I have had a fear of the dentist most of my life but I am completely comfortable here. He fixed a chip tooth I have had for years and prior fixes did not work, five years later and I am good. He has never pushed unnecessary dental work. When my son had a tooth abscess I felt great going to him for a second opinion. He saved me money and my child a ton of heartache. He did the work and we were all happy.
