I even got to fill out my patient history forms prior to my appointment. Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist greeted me with a smile and checked me in. The lobby had lots of seating, WiFi, and a movie playing. A lady called me into the office where she first took x-rays of my teeth. You could tell they took hygiene and disinfecting seriously. We then entered her office where we spoke more about what issues and treatment I was seeking. One of the doctor's (family ran and owned which I love!) then came into the room and examined my teeth. He further explained the different types of treatments, gave me a time estimate, and advised on Invisalign. There were some insurance kinks that all the workers ensured got situated. After my insurance got cleared, I paid for my future treatment, they took before pictures, and scheduled my follow up appointment! Love this office!

They received the standard preventative care: X-rays, cleaning, etc, and my daughter left with nothing but smiles because her teeth are the biggest thing she's self conscious about. I was able to book them appointments within two days of each other, and the benefits were very quickly verified. Kyleigh is a sweetheart. She's got the appropriate charisma for this profession, and you can tell she cares.

They use such advance equipment. I was sitting in such a comfortable chair that has a massager connected to it while you're being worked on. I was also given a pillow to rest my legs on. along with his assistant they worked so well together. He did not rush with doing my work or pass me on to someone else to finish me. You can tell he cared about giving good service. A lot of times you go to an office, and they have students doing the major work on you. I have no problem with the students doing the minor work but not the major work. It was such a pleasure being there I set up to get everything that I need to get me back on track. Butt....for the past year their billing has been terrible. I have two insurance carriers, one primary, one secondary. It has been the same insurance for years. With routine dental care, which is all I have had for over two years, I should have no out of pocket expense. For the past year they have been sending me bills for an ever increasing amount. Both my wife and I have made numerous trips to their office trying to rectify this. For whatever reason they stopped billing my primary insurance. We resubmitted my info, several times and they were going to resubmit to the insurer. They kept resubmitting to the secondary insurer instead of the primary. What the heck?! Finally they submitted to the primary but I am still getting bills. The last one for $154 and their sending me to collections. So, I am done!!! I wiil send them a check and look for a new dentist.
