The providers are genuine and explain every step of your treatment in terms any non-medical professional can understand. Before I started treatment with Brigham Orthodontics, my inflamed TMJ was hindering my quality of life. It was difficult for me to open my mouth, painful to chew food, and my face was visibly swollen from inflammation. I had been told by other providers I would most likely need surgery followed by traditional braces. October of 2020 I decided to call and make my appointment for a consultation to see how long I would have braces or Invisalign. I wanted to take advantage since we had a mask mandate because of COVID-19 and no one would really notice I was a dental plan to fix my teeth. My goal was to close a gap I had in my upper teeth in the back and open the space in the bottom back to create room for an implant. The staff was very accommodating with my schedule and super friendly. The facility is very clean and modern which I loved. After my consultation, I was advised of how much money I would be paying out of pocket and how much my dental insurance would cover. I was able to create my own payment plan with the office that worked within my budget. I left and slept on my decision and called the next day to schedule my procedure. Dr. Woolaver is a goofball and very friendly as well. He advised that either route could work but to have a faster and smoother process, braces would be the route to go. I was advised I would have the braces on for about 18 months. I came in every 6 weeks to get my wires changed and adjusted. Every visit was so fun and fast. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and makes you feel like family. I can honestly say I never felt nervous because of how professional everyone is. You can tell all the staff enjoy what they do and are happy to help. Fast forward to January of 2022 the braces are off. My retainer was given to me and I wear it religiously to make sure my teeth do not shift around. Every time I smile I get compliments on how beautiful my teeth look and some have even asked if I have veneers which I find to be a great compliment because they are my own teeth.
