From the very beginning, they were kind, thorough, and never once made me feel pressured. They took full X-rays, explained everything clearly, and walked me through a treatment plan -- but at no point did they make me feel like I had to book anything or feel bad about how much work I needed or how anxious I was. After reviewing the treatment plan at home, I booked a filling appointment, which went great. The dental hygienists and dentist were efficient, gentle, and genuinely kind. Because of that experience, I felt comfortable enough to schedule my next appointment for three extractions (which I was understandably very nervous about). The day of the extractions, the dental hygienist checked on me constantly, and the dentist worked so quickly and smoothly that when he finished, I honestly asked if all three teeth were already out -- it was that easy. The front office staff also deserves a huge shout-out. They are incredibly kind and patient, especially with my anxiety (I'm sure I've made a few nervous phone calls), and they've never once made me feel rushed or judged.
