I called Ivy telling her what happened and she was extremely understanding, sweet and professional. She delivered the stuff she'd already made. And made sure she didn't charge me for the rest of the stuff. It was very last minute and my apologies to her for the cancellation. I really wish I could go ahead with the party cuz my guests would've definitely enjoyed the variety of food she'd made. I could only take pictures of few of the items, but everything was very delicious, it was a lot of food of course but we could freeze some of them. As much as I've been disappointed about my party that I planned for months being canceled, I thought I should write this review cuz I owe it to Ivy for being so wonderful with the whole process. She deserves appreciation. I definitely recommend her for all your catering needs. I will be using her services for my other parties as well.

Our guests had a wonderful time with their open bar package, and Amber really honed in on what guests most value while also not cutting those corners. My mom and I were eternally grateful for her experience and taking the reigns when we were overwhelmed with all the details. Passion for Catering was recommended by a friend and booked them for our baby shower of about 75 guests. I wasn't expecting anything more than good food and good service but what we received blew away expectations. The team was responsive throughout the booking process (a huge plus) and offered an eclectic and robust menu. That's all great to start but the real test came the day of our event. Their team was there on time to set up and food was ready by the time our first guests arrived. The food was delectable and truly made our time with friends and family memorable. Henry was so easy to work with, my wife and I were wondering if we missed any important planning steps. Haha. It took just a few emails to get a quote, secure the date, and finalize the menu. Henry and his son showed up at the park exactly when he said he'd be there, and the food was cooked on premise, exactly on time. Henry sources all the ingredients from Costco and buys everything needed the day before. I'm a huge fan of all things Kirkland. Always solid quality and value. I've been pretty lazy about writing Yelp reviews lately. Figured I'd write one for Grillaxin since many of the other reviews are years old, and the website seems to be defunct. So we went for a walk and came back. It's was about 30 min later when the food was ready to go. At first I thought I might have not ordered enough for the crowd. The containers looked small. I had roughly 26 employees to feed. Turns out we had enough and enough for some take home plates. The food was delicious. The guac tasted so fresh and the salsa too - yum! Everyone enjoyed the food and asked for me to order from them again. I will be going there for myself to try out the other items.

Overdue review…read more Ordered a large charcuterie board during the holiday season. Ordering was super easy and straightforward. There is an option to modify your order to vegan offerings which is pretty cool (I didn't do that for this order). Both trays were absolutely beautiful. One tray hosted all the bread and crackers while the other contained the meat, cheese, nuts, fruit and honey. What a sight! At the end of the party there were scraps of everything left. I'm vegetarian so I tried everything but the meats. The cheeses were amazing, there was also a new style cheese I hadn't had prior. I will definitely order again for my next event.
