Even though the situation for them was less than ideal (our space is not the easiest to work within), they handled everything with aplomb! We had a beef and chicken option for proteins, and both were juicy and tender, and full of flavor! The asiago potatoes were my absolute favorite part, though the green beans with carrots were exceptional as well. I'm already married, but if I was planning a wedding, I would look no further than these amazing folks. In fact, if I know anyone in the area holding an event, I'll be suggesting them with complete enthusiasm, guaranteed. Just all around fantastic from start to finish. Way to go!

The Persian Chicken Kabobs are excellent. Between Santorini and Danville International Market I think Diamondbite's has the juiciest by far. Grilled to perfection. For the ground meat kabobs, I can only recommend the Beef version. The ground chicken was dry and overly seasoned - salty to the point of being inedible. The saffron rice is also good, though some more oil would be nice. They also offer extreme contrast of flavors - a side of pickled cabbage that's really tart and a single jalapeño pepper that's spicy for me. Definitely plan to try some of their other offerings. They ran out of Aush Resteh last time so it'll be something to look forward to forward too.

At 1:45 PM on the day of the event, I received a message that the food had just been sent by Uber. Concerned, I reached out for confirmation but received no response for 30 minutes. The food ultimately arrived about an hour late. When I later discussed the situation with the owner, I had hoped for understanding and a simple acknowledgment of the mistake. Instead, I was met with repeated excuses and defensiveness. Despite the clear communication leading up to the event, there was no apology and no acceptance of responsibility for the late delivery. The food itself was good. However, what left the most negative impression was not the delay itself, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. Delays happen, but customers deserve honest communication and ownership when things go wrong. Unfortunately, because of the way this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this business to others and will not be using their services again.

It was so convenient to have someone else take care of all the shopping, prepping, and cooking. Our guests loved the food. Many took home business cards. Henry was so easy to work with, my wife and I were wondering if we missed any important planning steps. Haha. It took just a few emails to get a quote, secure the date, and finalize the menu. Henry and his son showed up at the park exactly when he said he'd be there, and the food was cooked on premise, exactly on time. Henry sources all the ingredients from Costco and buys everything needed the day before. I'm a huge fan of all things Kirkland. Always solid quality and value. I've been pretty lazy about writing Yelp reviews lately. Figured I'd write one for Grillaxin since many of the other reviews are years old, and the website seems to be defunct. I think they're more active on Instagram now.

Passion for Catering was recommended by a friend and booked them for our baby shower of about 75 guests. I wasn't expecting anything more than good food and good service but what we received blew away expectations. The team was responsive throughout the booking process (a huge plus) and offered an eclectic and robust menu. That's all great to start but the real test came the day of our event. Their team was there on time to set up and food was ready by the time our first guests arrived. The food was delectable and truly made our time with friends and family memorable. Just as Passion for Catering was recommended to us by a friend, we'll be recommending them to all our friends on the market for a caterer. *kicking myself for not taking photos but will update for our next event!
