We rented three bikes -two Royal Enfield Himalayan 450s and one CFMoto Ibex. All three were basically new and never missed a beat over our six day 1100 mile trip thru Wyoming. We went from Landers to Kendall Valley/Green River then Jackson, thru the Tetons and Yellowstone to Red Lodge and then rode the BDR route back thru Ten Sleep to Landers. Booking with Equitours was truly one of the worst experiences of my life. 19 days before our…read moreintended trip, my spouse had a horrible riding accident that required immediate surgery and crippled her for a year and a half. The day after her accident, we contacted Equitours and asked if there was SOME dispensation that could be made given this turn of events. While we understood we could not recoup much of our costs (to be clear and fair - we were under the 30 day window, and understand trip guides need to be paid and horses managed for rider spots) we thought perhaps Equitours would work with us and extend some recompense for SOME part of our trip - a credit, a transfer, someone to take our place - we suggested a seriously discounted rate of 40 or 50% off on their website or social media- any rate to get a little back! Equitours simply posted the trip at a 10% discount once on their Facebook page and then our agent immediately went on vacation, kicked off her OOO, and dropped us since our trip was paid for and that was that. No communication, nor was a a single dime of our trip was refunded, transferred, or credited. Equitours pretty much said "oh well." We will NEVER do an Equitours ride again nor would we recommend this company for their terrible customer service.

Don't think that because you flew in to the Jackson hole airport that you got the full view. In my opinion, the greatest views are from the west side just above table mountain. The great thing about fly Jackson hole, is their aircraft. They are impeccably maintained, and the instructors are top notch. I especially recommend Jeff, if you can get in the plane with him, you are going to have the experience of a lifetime-I guarantee it.
