The desk clerk was behind a barrier and wearing a mask. Patrons are required to wear a mask to enter the office. Hand sanitizer and single use wipes were available. The property is well cared for and very clean. The towels were thick and fluffy. Our bed was comfy. Our room included a nice reading chair by the large windows that overlook the river. The coffee maker, fridge and microwave were in good repair. A very nice choice if you find yourself in Landers, Wyoming.

The mini fridge had a compartment for a mini freezer area but it did not get our ice packs refrozen over night. Over all it did the trick and worked well for us. The "breakfast" was funny... a brown paper bag with either an apple or banana, a random granola bar and a bottle of water. But hey, it was inexpensive and a place to sleep that felt safe... so...

I spoke to the manager later and he said that he would give me points so that I could have a free room elsewhere, but he never did it. he claims that his staff was stupid. When I complained to Wyndham, a Different Person , who said they were the manager called me but he said he would give me points and did not. I have no plans of ever staying in this hotel again.

I called the Motel to discuss and spoke to the same person as before: he lied and said we never talked about canceling and he never said I would not be charged. I am disputing the charge with my bank. Bottom line: this is not a nice place and is staffed with people who only want your money. Read the recent reviews of this property and move on. It is not what is represented.

There seems to be a bit of pride missing, and this was perhaps the most unkept Tribal-ran hotel I had stayed out. Lots of potential, they just have to want to get it to the next level.
