Site- B+ The campground itself was well maintained. There are some good views and nice places to walk your dogs if you have any. There are also bathrooms and showers to use free of charge. Bathrooms were VERY clean and well maintained. The benches that were at the campsites were adequate but a little worn out and our bench has a lot of bird poop on it. Not a big deal though. Price - A+ We payed $45 for the night but that includes those clean bathrooms and showers and full hookups at our site. Also, we were a last minute check in. It was late at night, we had very little service for our phones and we were in very unfamiliar territory in Wyoming. We had passed Twin Pines while traveling so we went back to see if they had availability. The office was closed so we decided to take an empty site for the night. In the morning the campground manager and owner were amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. She even gave us some breakfast, a fridge magnet and a sticker. Such great people. We…read morefinally made it back, and while our trip started out a little rough--our 30-amp cord wasn't working, and it was 30 degrees outside--we were quickly reminded why we love this place. We couldn't find anywhere nearby to buy a new cord and were getting pretty frustrated. I contacted the weekend manager, who reached out to the owner, Dave. He and his wife were absolutely amazing! They came over right away with a cord to try, and even though that one didn't work either, Dave spent about half an hour with my husband trying to troubleshoot the problem. When it looked like we might have to drive two hours back home, Dave and his wife generously offered us a cabin for the night so we'd have a warm place to stay. Their kindness and hospitality went above and beyond. They're also making some wonderful updates to the park, and it's exciting to see it returning to the charm it had years ago. We're so grateful for the care they showed us and can't wait to come back again!
