HORRIBLE!!!!!! Will never use again. Overcharged me by $200 something and won't give refund. Insurance company already told them they owe me and I have been waiting since June 2016 for refund. About to pursue legal action against them!!! Had my attorney send them a letter finally and low & behold I actually got a envelope in the mail the other day from a place in Colorado. Within the envelope was a check and a copy of the paperwork that I had sent to them. No apology letter, no explanation, no nothing!!! Just glad I finally got my money back! read more

DO NOT USE!!! Please read their BBB complaints before thinking about using this company. They overcharge or double bill and do not process refunds. read more

After using this facility this week, I felt impelled to write a positive review. My experience was favorable, as opposed to some previously written. True, the office staff are not the most outgoing, but they were helpful and able to answer all of my questions. The technician was super nice and assisted me with the removal of jewelry, and remembered to help with fastening me back up. She ensured that I knew what to expect, making sure that I was comfortable before starting the test. My overall experience was favorable, and I would use this facility again. read more

I had MRI done on shoulder on 2/8/2017 at Diagnostic MRI LLC located at 11375 Sam Houston Pkwy W, Houston, Tx. No problem with MRI process. However, I was asked to pay $148.09 upfront. After Medicare and Aetna paid, the COB (combination of benefits) result was that I should have paid $47.61. I have contacted both Diagnostic MRI in Houston and the "Billing Company" in Colorado numerous times to request a refund of $100.48. Even Aetna personnel have contacted both. People in both facilities agree that I should get a refund, but none is ever sent to me. Billing Company recently said person who reviews the refunds is out sick and not expected back for months...I guess if the payroll person is out sick, the paychecks would cease...not likely. read more

I've had major back and neck surgeries. I've been to this location at least 8 times. They have always been courteous and I never had an issues with billing. I've never had to wait more than 15 or 20 minutes at the most and the MRIs are very well done. I've had a couple done by Memorial Hermann and the images were pretty bad. Diagnostic MRI has recent equipment that takes extremely clear imagery. After so many MRI's and spending lots of time with my neurosurgeon and neurologist I know what good scans look like. Also the radiologist who writes the reports for the doctor is very accurate and thorough. read more

Best care, I didn't have to wait, and the pricing was way less than the hospital. I would highly recommend this place.

I have not received a refund for 11 months that was promised after an mri on 1/9/27. I was made to "pay up front" and told "they always return overpayments." Calls were useless to the business and I talked to idiots at Medicare. They are scamming all of us as well as senior citizens on limited incomes. Seems like double billing would be a fraudulent activity that would put this company out of business in the State of Texas. Go to the top and file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office. Easy! On line! Don't be a victim! read more

I'm sitting in my car writing this review. I came here for an MRI per my doctor's order. When the lady asked me if I wanted to pay now or after I stated later. She said ok. Her name is Deseree. She looks Caucasian kinda young. Then after I fill out my paper work she asked me again rudely if I was going to pay. I stated that when she had asked me earlier I had told her I will pay later. She said to me that I had to pay now! (Like I didn't have the money and I will run after my MRI). Then I got offended because that was the worse customer service I've received lately. I then start researching for this location reviews and saw how bad they are so I immediately asked for a refund. I told her to shred my record because I don't plan to come back or reschedule. She said they have to shred it at the end of the day. Then I asked if I could shred it myself then she said no but she will asked her manager to contact me later. While I was waiting for my refund I asked her to give me her manager's name. She asked me why. Then she said her manager wasn't going to contact me. I was like this is not what you told me earlier. But I didn't want to argue with her so I just said ok and left. So she speak English but she certainly does not know how to communicate. Is this the way to treat patients? It doesn't sound like she knows what she is doing. So I called and asked for the manager to make sure they shred my documents now because it has my social security numbers and everything and I definitely do not trust the people there. However, she picked up and told me that they don't have a manager at the moment. Another lie? I called back and asked why she lied to me she said they do have a VP but she didn't know that she had already left. I have completely lost all my patience with this girl at this point. I then asked for Jose. He was the nice guy that helped me schedule my appointment and asked why I wanted to cancel after all. I called him and explained the reason and requested him to take care of my documents for me. He said he was going to take care of it immediately. I will go to their corporate. What a bad experience. I will not recommend this place to anyone who needs a medical attention! Please find a caring place elsewhere and save yourself! read more

The customer service is good. BUT if they owe you a refund, the upper management (Desbo) doesn't call back. I've been trying to get a refund since last year with no results. I work for a physician that sent them patients but if this is how they treat me, I sure dont want my patients to have to deal with that. read more

The technicians here are lovely people, and made me feel very comfortable during my MRI. Unfortunately, the people in the office are inept when it comes to following through on information requests. I was told my doctor would have my results after a couple of days, but a month after my test the doctor's office hadn't received them, and had no idea the MRI hade even been performed. I had to call and remind DMRI to send the results. I also requested a copy of the results for myself so I could take it to follow-up visits with other specialists. They said they'd mail it, but nothing happened. I requested it again, by phone---nothing, even though they have my correct contact information. I had to go in--in person--to get anything done. Unfortunately the medical condition that led to the MRI also prevents me from driving, so I had to get a ride in order to do this. In short, they've delayed my care by several weeks and inconvenienced others besides myself. Not coming back here again. Ever. And I'll be making sure the physician who referred me knows why. read more

My son went in April for an MRI and prior to him going we were told Diagnostic MRI was Aetna In Network and our portion due was $344.66 which we paid. Aetna notified us an out of network claim was made by West Side surgical center for $5728.20 on the same day as the Diagnostic MRI. I called yesterday and Diagnostic saw my payment (which they have not notified Aetna of yet) and asked about an Aetna claim coming from West Side Surgical center. They told me they were affiliated with West Side so I explained the $5728.20 bill and said that I'm not an insurance expert, but this is probably insurance fraud. She said Management would call me. I haven't heard from them so I sent Aetna notification and they are handling it for now. read more
