Which is more than I can currently afford to pay. I was referred to go to Green Imaging who found an affordable MRI location. With my insurance it was still going to be a pretty penny but after receiving the doctors order they said they could do it without insurance for $250 (left knee only without contrast. It is very no frills but in no way lacks professionalism and good service. I was treated with respect and dignity and care. The MRI is located in a trailer behind the building. It's is cold to prepare yourself. I only had to remove my shoes, my watch, and my jacket due to the metal zipper. They gave me a blanket to make me comfortable but it was still cold. The imaging took about 30-35 minutes. After I was given a cd of the images to take to my doctor. A report will be sent directly to them in 2-3 business days. A great experience and I am grateful that it was within my budget!

They were sooo super patient with me even though I was really nervous, they really helped keep me calm through the entire process. They do offer a sedative if you have anxiety or claustrophobia. He reminded me to pick up my CD to take with me as ordered by my doctor. You will be lucky if you get him as your technician. The next day I had two MRIs. I had a very bad experience at this clinic. When I went in for a CT scan, the staff told me that…read morethey just contacted with my insurance if I used my insurance, I would have to pay a $416 deductible. Instead, they pushed me to do a self-pay of $265. Later, I checked directly with Blue Cross Blue Shield and found out that my plan actually has $0 deductible and only requires 25% coinsurance for CT scans. I immediately contacted the clinic to complain. One staff member told me I would receive a refund and just needed to wait 3-5 days. After a week with no refund, I called again, and a different staff member told me I would need to wait 2-3 weeks for them to "work with the insurance." These answers completely contradict each other. This feels dishonest. Patients should not be given false information just to be convinced to pay self-pay up front. Please be careful if you choose this clinic.
