I called back, and another woman, DAISY, who said she was the supervisor, was also very rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, she argued and placed me on hold -- it's been more than 30 minutes, and I'm still on hold as I write this. I even called back three separate times, and no one answered the phone on purpose. It's clear that the staff do not care about their customers at all. Patients deserve respect and basic courtesy when calling for medical help. I truly hope the owner or management sees this review and takes serious action to improve their customer service before more patients decide to go elsewhere. On purpose I think they won't make me appointment and even answer the phone call! I REALLY HOPE MANAGEMENT WILL SEE MY REVIEW AND WILL TALK TO THEM!!! Please everyone don't go this location they will treat you so bad and don't even help make an appointment.

They are very friendly, and care about their patients. For outpatient procedures, they have people in and out in a matter of a few hours. I don't think we've ever been there longer than 4 hours. If my mom has to go back for anything else, I will know she's in great hands!

So, I did research on independent 3D/4D ultrasound businesses and stumbled across a few. After landing on Beth's Newlife4D's website in comparison to the other sites, I was impressed with the technology she offers and how informative her site was. (This is at 11pm on a Friday night) First thing Saturday morning, I called and left a voicemail. Within 15 minutes, she called me back and was able to see me the same day! She sends email confirmations with directions and appointment instructions... Her office is cozy, she takes the time she needs to make sure we are comfortable while getting down to business at the same time! Our appointment was supposed to be 10 minutes for a gender reveal, but our baby was being stubborn and shy, She was very supportive and spent about 30 minutes trying different positions and even allowed me to sit up and drink cold water to get the baby active. She was confident it was a girl... But to confirm we needed our little angel to open her legs a little bit wider. Beth made a comment that just had us all laughing... "Open once for us and close it forever..." Sure enough... Our baby listened! Lol We are having a girl!! My doctor wanted me to get an MRI due to a recent fall I had that has had me in pain for over three…read moreweeks. The price I was told to pay (after insurance) was $1,091.22. Which is more than I can currently afford to pay. I was referred to go to Green Imaging who found an affordable MRI location. With my insurance it was still going to be a pretty penny but after receiving the doctors order they said they could do it without insurance for $250 (left knee only without contrast. It is very no frills but in no way lacks professionalism and good service. I was treated with respect and dignity and care. The MRI is located in a trailer behind the building. It's is cold to prepare yourself. I only had to remove my shoes, my watch, and my jacket due to the metal zipper. They gave me a blanket to make me comfortable but it was still cold. The imaging took about 30-35 minutes. After I was given a cd of the images to take to my doctor. A report will be sent directly to them in 2-3 business days. A great experience and I am grateful that it was within my budget!
