She went above and beyond to make sure I would be seen that same day and that they would have all the insurance paperwork ready. She gave me her email address and asked me to send photos of the request and certain documents so that they could expedite everything. When I got there, everything went smoothly. A few min later, a Dr walks in and they look and whisper and he walks out. She tells us to wait a minute. Dr comes back and asks who is my dad's PCP, so I gave him the name and number. 5 min later he walks back in and says, my dad's Dr wants me to take my dad to the emergency right away and he was going to contact the them. My dad had a aneurysm in his aorta and had to have a stent out in. He was 83 at the time so it was an emergent situation. Thankfully, it was detected in time. We have been here a few times before this and they were always very pleasant. Sometimes there was a short wait but the workers were always nice. I only have praise for them.

Patients deserve respect and basic courtesy when calling for medical help. I truly hope the owner or management sees this review and takes serious action to improve their customer service before more patients decide to go elsewhere. They are very friendly, and care about their patients. For outpatient procedures, they have people in and out in a matter of a few hours. I don't think we've ever been there longer than 4 hours. They have free coffee for people while you wait. I've never had any, but they're k-cups, so you can choose what you want. If my mom has to go back for anything else, I will know she's in great hands!

His customer service was minimal, and he showed very little courtesy toward patients. While I was waiting, I also witnessed him interrupt an older lady before she could even finish saying her name, abruptly asking for her ID instead. It came across as rude and unprofessional. Fortunately, not everything about my visit was negative. The CT technologist who performed my exam, Forest (like the movie), was outstanding. He was friendly, patient, professional, and very communicative. He explained every step of the procedure, made sure I felt comfortable, and found my vein on the very first attempt, which is usually very difficult. His professionalism and kindness completely changed my experience for the better. The front desk staff creates the first impression of a medical facility, and I hope they receive additional training in customer service and professionalism. On the other hand, Forest deserves recognition for providing exceptional patient care. He is a great asset to this facility.

There was light coming from the sides, but I had to face the dark ceiling three inches from my face. I had to lay still for 30 minutes. I started to freak out and hyperventilate. Thanks to Steven for immediate response after I called out. The lower back was easy peasy. My head wasn't as deep into the machine and it was okay to move my upper body. Steven came back into the room each time to check on me. He also calmed my nerves by talking to me. I agreed to try scanning my neck again. Steven was very patient. He let me walk around and relax before trying again. He didn't rush me. I also got to call my friend, who suggested I stretch out my arms if I can. It helped knowing that the edges of the machine were less than an arm's length away. Steven also held my hand during the scan, which made me feel a lot better. The scan wasn't as scary as I thought it was. Thanks Steven! Also, I learned it's very common to be claustrophobic. Don't beat yourself up over it. Try to relax and calm down on your own pace.

I had called them a week ago inquiring about my refund and I was told to call back after a week and now when I did, this is how I was treated. I was charged a wrong copay and all i wanted to know was when I will receive the refund because my insurance had already paid them but instead she responded that she does not know and it could take years because there are only 2 ladies in billing department and so many locations. Interestingly, once I inquired further that you must know something or is there someone who would be able to answer me, she responds back with more rude responses when I told her that my insurance company will contact to clear any confusion, she responded with WOW!!! I told her you are being very rude when I am polite and she futher disrespects. Becareful, when you pay them, billing department is not going to help you. Really? No one told me. A voice oozing condensation replied "You're suppose to be on the table at 7, we'll see if the technician can fit you in, we'll need to move your appointment". Since I live w/in a couple shakes to the MCMHH complex I rushed over, parked & hoofed it to the check-in counter. There was a patient getting checked in so I stood the required distance & the lady behind the counter told me to stand on the rectangle sticker that was in front of me & slightly to the left. OK, I thought we have someone with a control issue. A short wait & it was my turn. I was given some paperwork & was told that they "would have to call to see if the technician can see you". Whilst filling out the 1 page questionnaire, I noticed another person chatting up the lady that was suppose to call the technician. I noticed she did not make a call & figured she was taking her time. I gave her my paperwork & was a bit surprised when she said the tech would "fit me in between appointments". Huh, how do you know? Unless this was standard protocol for when someone was late. So no phone call but pretending you were doing me a favor. Got it. I was directed to registration & made my way to another desk & sat down. A few clicks & I was told "Your payment will be $XXX". No one told me that. No one called me to tell me to show up a half hour before my appointment. No on called to tell me what to do or not to do before my appointment (could I have coffee or water, eat??). I was told "we left you a message". Like that explains everything. I don't recall getting a voicemail. So I stood up & started walking away.
