They have great store hours, but the bakery is overpriced not always fresh. The staff is very nice.

I also asked for a lemon wedge, not a slice, since you can't squeeze a slice. Next came our espresso martinis, one for each of us. We actually felt the bang for our buck -- strong, well-balanced, and worth every penny. For our appetizer, we shared the gluten-free BBT meatballs. It was delightful. Then our Cobb salads arrived, each with shrimp added. We requested a side of extra-virgin olive oil -- not a blend -- and the kitchen got it right. For dessert, we shared the cheesecake, minus the graham cracker crust because my friend is gluten-free. I would have preferred the kitchen plate it for sharing and provide dessert silverware with it, instead of us having to flag someone down. I'm also industrial seed oil free, and Hailey was attentive to both of our dietary needs throughout. The manager, Chris Nichols, stopped by to check in and ensure we were satisfied -- a clear sign the restaurant is customer centric. I actually thought Chris was the GM. Kudos to the general manager, Ben Lano, for inspiring great teamwork. Lastly, I give the ambience four stars, simply because we don't have a Michelin-starred restaurant in Ohio.

Our trivia team just finished a year of meeting up to practice, followed by a month of challenging…read morecompetitive sessions. We wanted to celebrate US, and with little discussion, chose Yours Truly as our celebratory location to lunch and shmooze. We are so glad that the restaurant was accommodating to our group of seven. A large table was cleaned for us in the back, giving us a sense of privacy. Our server, Helen, took everything in stride and hit a home run in the way she took our orders, got everything right and sorted out the individual payments miraculously. It is rare to find a place that can handle seven different orders, with all of them brought to the table at the same time. Yours Truly handled it all! Thank you for a memorable lunchtime setting to start off our week!

For not being crowded at all when we got there, weird it took about 40 minutes to get our food…read more(salad, fries, French toast, bacon, eggs). Our appetizer came out at the same time as our meal. Eggs and bacon were cold. Salad came out wrong. Also, not sure why I'm expected to cut up my own full pieces of bacon and slices of chicken for a Cobb salad, it's not easy to cut either on a bed of lettuce inside a bowl. My son was halfway finished with his meal by time I was done trying to cut those items up for my salad (still left with large pieces). Also not sure why the waitress wouldn't ask my son if he wanted something else to drink, or offer water, when his milk was gone before our meal came. We weren't the only ones with problems, as two of the tables next to us had problems, one sending food back, the other asking for items to be removed from the bill due to them being cold and not eaten. From the time we got there to the time our bill arrived, we were there an hour and twenty minutes, which again is pretty crazy for what we ordered and it not being crowded at all.
