Every time I've visited, the customer representatives have been respectful, helpful, courteous and polite. They ask all the important questions, they answer all your questions and you leave feeling relieved and confident knowing your packages will arrive safely. At one occasion the representative asked if we needed her to add any padding or sealants to our items before shipping, I thought this was very thoughtful. She spoke Spanish which was helpful for my mom. She was able to ask her questions and understand the process a bit more. There is ample parking as it is located just outside Westfield Wheaton mall. You might not find a spot right in front of the store, but the garage is right there too. I personally never had an issue with parking. Oh and I love their hours ! So convenient ! I don't have to rush after work because they open until 7 during the weekday and offer Saturday and Sunday service as well. The store seems to have everything you need for packaging. This is my go to mailing service location!! Love it!

I walked in today with it being my first visit to Parcel Plus and was immediately greeted by the…read morestaff. Kevin made sure I had all the proper paperwork for my shipment and told me I was potentially missing a proper label. He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. It looked like a well stocked location and with the friendly service, I'd be happy to do business here again. 10/10 positive experience.
