It was super yummy! Lots of great flavors it was super fast if your looking for a quick bit indoor and outdoor seating was nice. Give bucks per taco seems a bit much they are very good a filling though. Super excesssble lots of parking. People were super nice and biting you food carry out is super fast as well. Overall jsut a nice place with good seating lots of things around which is nice would be great for quick lunch or evening bites!

My daughter and i are having a "date" night and decided to try out DGT based on the yelp search for vegan and gluten free restaurants. This one popped up first and had 4.5 star average and 222 reviews at the time of teh search. We both opted to order a taco plate which consists of 2 tacos of your choice, and then a blend of kale, spices, rice and beans. The rice and beans are vegan friendly so that is always cool. Never know on beans. So lets start with the good : 1. the vibe is fun. It is very hippy-esque. 2. They offer trash, recycling and composting bins for when you are done with your meal so you can dispose accordingly 3. if you dine in, they do have regular plates and forks you can use so you dont have to worry about adding more trash to the environment 4. If you get a to-go container it is compostable and environmentally friendly. Not styrofoam which is always a plus in my opinion. 5. The earth, wind and fire taco I thought was very good and very flavorful. The blend of rice, beans, kale and spices was also really good and flavorful in my opinion. Not so good : 1. parking - not sure where exactly you are to park? it is in the music district and under the alley cat to give you perspective on where it is. We parked a few blocks away and walked in. That was not bad. Would just be good if it popped up as not necessarily spots to park so people knew in advance. 2. Staff was okay. I told him it our first time trying it and he just kinda stared at me blankly and waited for me to order. Maybe having an off night? not sure. 3. the tofu thai taco was pretty bland. My daughter thought the flavor was strange. I just thought it didn't have much flavor at all? 4. We both thought the chips (for chips and salsa) tasted a little stale and the salsa tasted like it was a little heavy on sweetener of some sort. Was not expecting a "sweet" tasting salsa. 5. not a ton of seating. There are 2 tables inside and then a couple of window seats. They do have a little outdoor seating. Not sure how busy they get but be prepared that seating might not always be an option. My daughter thought this place is for people who like uniquely flavored food. It is not the average type of taco place for sure. I am not sure we will be back. But it was fun to try something new.

This was my second visit to Ft. Collins and I had to stop by DGT on this visit as the food is so good that it's memorable. It's near campus and has both indoor and outdoor seating.

Much to goodness served here !

This is one of my favorite Taco joints I have (get this) EVER been to. I don't just mean in Fort Collins I mean anywhere I have been. Now that's extreme but serious this place lives up to its name. Now I am vegetarian and that one of the things that makes it even more Damn good! My favorites is are the Thai Signature Taco and the Breakfast Bombshell is the BOMB! Now these days with the health crisis do make it so you can not eat in their nice dinning area jut the have hot sauces to go which is a nice thing. This is always my first stop to Fort Collins ever visit to town! I have been here countless times and the food is freakin awesome every time. The worst thing is I can get there food back in Chicago. :( A+ a must for anyone Yes they have meat options

Dang this was good! The sweet potato purée was so delicious on this taco! Love this little dive bar. Great service and great food that was so flavorful and filling.

After a rough day at work I stopped by DGT to indulge in a spicy chocolate horchata and some Earth, Wind, and Fire tacos. Let me tell ya there's no better cure for the blues than vegan tacos and horchata. The Earth, Wind, and Fire are by far my favorite of the vegan/vegetarian options. They're really flavorful and the sauce is fantastic. As for the horchata, it's delightfully sweet with a little kick of spice. I highly recommend DGT all day every day.

You get to create your own burger or try one of their own signature burgers. Parking is street parking or you can try and park in one of the lots in the surrounding areas. We were seated right away and placed our drink orders too. Next was the fun part! My friend taught me all about the build your own burger and how we get to choose our toppings and burger and bread. But I could also have picked a signature burger off the menu. I did a classic cheeseburger with Parmesan garlic fries. I chose a single 1/3 pound beef for the patty, with a brioche bun, with American cheese, and bacon aïoli sauce. I didn't realize the bacon aïoli sauce was gonna be spicy, it had a little kick to it so I had to scrape the rest of it off, but the rest of the burger was great! The fries were nice and crisp and had plenty of Parmesan cheese and garlic. I always hate it when they skimp out on the toppings for the fries. I thought it was a little pricey, and looking at their signature burgers, I definitely could've picked one of those and it would've been cheaper. But that's on me for not looking ahead. I think if I'm back on that side of town, I would definitely try going again.

There is street parking out front, but that means backing on to College Ave to get out, which I am not a fan. However, there is a small lot out back. We parked in the back, there is a small pass through at the left of the building from the parking lot to get to the front. Having never been, we asked if they could explain their offerings. The young man who helped us answered all our questions and got us started on our order. I got a breakfast burrito, because breakfast for dinner is fun! I chose pork for my filling, medium pico, rice, pinto beans and sour cream. My husband got a steak burrito with black beans, rice, medium pico, sour cream and guacamole. For my daughter I ordered a chicken burrito with pinto beans, rice, mild pico and sour cream. These were made in front of us, hot and fresh and plentiful on the filling. We all enjoyed our food. I did notice they have some seating so eating in is an option. On this day we had more activities to do so we got ours to go.

The guys running the kitchen side are friendly and pretty generous. We ordered drinks from the bar on the other side. My margarita was better than most and I'm pretty particular about my margs. Best bartender is my husband and he's generally ruined me for margaritas. So, we waited around for our name to be called (kitchen side) then we took our lunch upstairs to eat. The rooftop area is great. It's mostly covered. The metal chairs were surprisingly comfortable. We both had the tempura fried fish; my husband had a burrito and I had a bowl. The fish was cooked absolutely beautifully. It was so crisp and the fish was tender and delicious. The salsas were memorably tasty. We got the perfect level of heat with incredible flavor. Their tortilla chips were thick, crunchy and tasty. We didn't eat them all and would never be so insulting as to toss them. We asked them for a bag and they happily provided one for our late night munchies. We loved everything about this place, accept for the plastic utensils. I let them know in a friendly and positive way as we left. It was a bit difficult to cut through that big boy burrito with that flimsy fork and knife. But everything else was so delightful, I'm sure we'll be back.
