As I was getting ready to sell it, I noticed an area that seemed to be failing. I didn't have any leaks from it, but just some "cracking" in the paint and substructure. I FULLY expected to pay for most, if not all of the repair it had been so long. Let's face it, in today's society you're lucky to get a 30 day warranty! However, Cascade covered it 100% under warranty work and did a fantastic job! I did tip them well for a job above and beyond in my opinion. Highly recommended.

The last autobody shop, a Fix Auto location, did a terrible job on my car. Over spray on rims, paint cracking later on...over spray on my hatch gas shock. They didn't mask off at all and the bondo work was terrible! Top Tier Autobody, from people I know, does not cut corners or do poor work. They take pride in doing an excellent job on repairing your vehicle and I heard they warranty it as well. After my husband had a great experience here, I felt compelled to write a good review because I am currently having to go back to a fix auto location because their repair job is cracking! Go to Top Tier, avoid the headache of other autobody shops doing bad work. Top tier has competitive pricing and not only does the owner know his stuff with cars, the receptionist is a car enthusiast herself. Their passion shows in their work. Thanks to Dan at Everett MAACO, with his no nonsense and honest approach, I'm definitely keeping my newly painted truck. He did more than I expected: polished the grill, mud flaps now looking new. He volunteered to replace the headlights and the racks covers, also gave the military discount which I forgot to ask for. Also fixed a big dent on my rear bumper. The paint job is stunning and was done 2 weeks ahead of time. This job was done in June 2023. The experience was a good one. I don't normally post reviews ( although I read them). Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward collision repair turned into multiple trips back to the shop because of workmanship and quality-control issues. After I initially picked up the vehicle and inspected it carefully in daylight, I noticed significant problems with the paintwork. The refinished areas had very noticeable orange-peel texture that did not match the surrounding factory finish. There were also imperfections that appeared to be dirt or debris in the paint, along with other areas that simply did not look properly finished. I immediately contacted GEICO and brought the vehicle back to the shop. I gave this shop multiple opportunities, ultimately three chances, to address my concerns. Instead of properly resolving the paint-finish issues, they repeatedly attempted corrective polishing. After one of those attempts, I could clearly see polishing/buffer marks on the hood. Even after their latest attempt, the orange-peel texture was still noticeable and the overall finish was still not acceptable to me. What made the experience even more frustrating was the customer service and communication throughout this process. I repeatedly had to follow up, explain the same concerns, document the defects with photos and videos, and involve GEICO. I wasn't expecting perfection beyond reason. I simply expected a professional collision repair where the refinished areas would reasonably match the appearance and quality of the rest of the vehicle. After giving the original shop repeated opportunities to correct the problems, I contacted GEICO again and provided documentation of the condition of the vehicle. GEICO is now working with me under the repair warranty on the next steps, which may involve having the issues addressed elsewhere. I have photos and videos documenting the condition of the vehicle throughout this process. I don't enjoy leaving reviews like this, but after three opportunities to make the repair right, I believe other customers should know about my experience. For me, this was absolutely not the level of workmanship, quality control, communication, or customer service I expected from a collision repair facility participating in an insurance repair program. One star.

The dealership…read morefrom whom I purchased the vehicle agreed to take care of a minor scuff on the front bumper as well as a scratched interior leather door panel. Since they were authorizing (and paying for) these repairs, they provided me with a list of Everett-area body shops to whom I could take the car. It was a very short list and I chose Gerber because they had decent reviews and were close to me. From the moment I walked in their lobby, I was impressed with everyone's friendliness, thoroughness, and communication. But here's the best part: the General Manager (Susanne) looked my car over and strongly suggested some additional work that the Dealership had not (but should have) authorized. Rather than just accepting this insurance claim and starting the work, she made a point of really analyzing the damage and suggesting what ultimately proved to be a much better and thorough repair. The car now looks wonderful and Gerber's work was perfect. I could not be happier. My only "nit" was they have an automated texting system that tells you the status of your vehicle. It was a bit kludgy throughout the process. For example, the day my car was finished, Susanne called me to say I could come pick it up. Their texting system texted me that same morning that the car wouldn't be ready until the following week. But I'm sure they'll work those systems out.
