Unfortunately though, you damaged our wood floors, our NEW wood floors when the dryer was moved to access the venting. Being more conscientious of others property is a sign of respect, and would have shown a higher level of customer care. Disappointing, BUT, the dryer works! Fred and Ben were true professionals! They did a great job however in our case, we had a lot of water mixed with our lint in the connecting ducting to the outside of our house. The heating element of our dryer wasn't working and Fred pointed this out to us. We need to fix that and dry out our ducting and Fred told us how to do that as well. I was very pleased with the dryer vent cleaning performed by Lint Bandits. The two service technicians were very polite, explained the process to me, answered my numerous questions, and even took photos for me up on the roof where the dryer vent ends. It showed that the vent was 3/4 blocked with lint. They also explained that the vent tube was not even connected to my dryer, which probably explains why there was lint visible behind the dryer as well as a burning smell I've been noticing for the past couple of months when running the dryer. They replaced the tube and properly secured it with bands. I ran two loads in the dryer afterwards - no burning smell, and the clothes were completely dry. I wholeheartedly recommend Lint Bandits for their dryer vent cleaning. read more

I can't say enough good things about Lint Bandits! I have a stackable washer and dryer that is wedged into a closet. These guys came in and were able to move the unit out, clean the vent and even replaced the hose that had not been installed properly the first time.
