Kicking yourself after some hairbrained stunt like, oh, say, coming up with an example out of thin air, swinging too wide and crumpling your right front bumper cover against a wardrobe cabinet in the garage. Resigning yourself to just living with that constant reminder, shame and embarrassment, because the needed repair doesn't even seem worth it with your relatively older model car and especially your insurance deductible? Well stop right there. Was told to look for "one of those guys who pulls your dents out." Jacob of DFW Bumper Solutions was the first of 3 who got back to me, same day. Bethany, arranging home appointment over the phone already made me feel "I think I really like these people." Expected somebody to show up to pull out the dent with something like a plumber's plunger, leaving it OK but still very noticeable. Nuh-uh! Shannon's was a multi-step process, something between technical expertise, science and art. Plus delightful and engaging as he walked me through each step. His self-confidence was entirely justified. If they sold tickets to watch this, my wife and I would encourage you to buy one - even with a two-drink minimum You absolutely cannot tell there was ever any damage. $$$ was one quarter of quote from dealership body shop, where they try to talk you into replacing the whole thing, and a third of what would have been the deductible going that route. Contact them to get the work done, and feel good about yourself for being enterprising enough to have done so. read more

I wanted to get my car fixed before I sold it to a friend of mine. I googled and searched all over for the best of the best not to talk down on other companies, but most of the places I went to told me that I was going to have to replace my bumper and it'll cost me at least $1300. I did not have that kind of money to spare. I then came across DFW bumper solutions and Jacob is the man for the job. He responded to me well and to the point and we set up a date and time for him to come and do the repairs. He drove 50 minutes straight to my location, took one look at the car, and said he can fix it for $200. I really only needed to realign the loose bumper. He was a bit late due to the poor weather on that day (I put no blame on him whatsoever), and I think because of that, he fixed some scratches and paint chips around the car for me free of charge. This whole process took no more than half an hour. He knows what he's doing, does it quick, does it well, charges very VERY reasonably. If you don't want to pay absurd amounts for a great fix, and want to do it at your convenience, this is who you want to call. read more

If you have a dent, scratch, or any other body damage you're looking to get repaired, do not waste your time trying to find a better value and quality of workmanship from a body shop or other mobile dent repair service in DFW. Jacob is an incredibly nice guy, and was able to show up and take care of a pretty significant dent on the quarter panel of my 4Runner in just a few hours. He was ok with me watching him complete the repair right in my driveway from start to finish, and that's a major part of what motivates me to leave this 5-star review: I got to see how efficiently and well he works on each step of the process, from pulling the dent out, to reinforcing/re-shaping with fiber paste, sanding, finishing putty, sanding, finishing putty, more sanding, paint-matching, and then paint. What began as a gnarly dent now looks as good as new. It was honestly fascinating to watch, he's a true craftsman and he brings confidence and experience to any repair. I'll be referring him to friends and family. read more

First of all, let me say Jake (Jacob) is Amazing!!! I would use DFW Bumper Solution over and over and over and over and over AGAIN!! I highly recommend them. I got the side of me car dented and my insurance company had me send it to "Service King"........OMG!... they were going to charge me a ridiculous amount of money so my insurance company wanted to write my car off and I said NO! I love my car and its a really good car. I reached out to other well known body shops and they said they could not fix it and that they had to replace it (which would cost a lot of money). I reached out to DFW Bumper Solutions and they gave me a quote that was just a fraction of what other people were charging and THEY COME TO YOU! Well, Jake arrived, and within a few hours, he fixed my car and sprayed it!! Thank you DFW Bumper Solutions for all you do to put a smile on people's faces. You are the best..... REALLY! read more

I had a small incident while backing up my Tesla in a parking lot and hit a truck with a towing hitch which caused a dent in the rear trunk door. Took it to 4 Tesla authorized body shops for an estimate. The unanimous answer was to replace the entire rear trunk door with an estimate of close to $5K. While looking for alternatives, I stumbled upon DFW bumper solutions and Jacob provided an estimate after reviewing the photos. Scheduled a time for him to visit and he was confident in fixing it. He worked on the car and brought it back to spotless shape for a fraction of the cost the body shops where quoting. The thing I appreciated about him was his honesty and glad to see that there are still people with skill who can work on sheet metal and fix minor imperfections instead of replacing the entire door. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Great job by Jacob. read more

I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Shannon. He did a phenomenal job! I found this company doing a Google search, contacted them Monday 12/15 and asked if he could come out Wednesday 12/17 and with zero hassle that's exactly what he did. I was skeptical about giving a deposit because you just never know what's legit anymore and he understood, so out of good faith he made the exception and let me pay all at once upon completion of services. Upon his initial check of the initial job he came out for, he noticed the crack in my back bumper and offered to fix that as well. For the price of everything, I couldn't beat it. I didn't have to order any parts, drive to any shop, wait for any openings, or leave my car for days at a shop waiting for it to be fixed. Shannon completed everything at my home in a matter of hours and I'm completely satisfied! read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with DFW Bumper Solutions, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Jacob was incredibly professional, punctual, and delivered exceptional results. He skillfully smoothed and painted both my front bumper air dam and rear bumper, making them look brand new. What stood out the most was the convenience Jacob provided. He performed all the work right at my home, saving me the hassle of having to drop my car off at a body shop for days. And to top it off, his prices were incredibly reasonable--about half the cost of what the body shops quoted me. If you're looking for top-notch service, convenience, and value, look no further than DFW Bumper Solutions. Jacob is the best in the business! read more

I cannot say enough good things about DFW Bumper Solutions and its owner, Jacob. I got 3 estimates that ranged from $3000 to $2100. Plus factor in the cost of having to rent a car for several days. Jacob gave me an estimate under $700. I couldn't believe it. Matter of fact I emailed additional pictures thinking he really didn't look at the one I sent him. He stood by his quote. And don't you know my car looks BRAND NEW!!! You can't even tell I backed into a metal post. Unbelievable. I used one vacation day to stay home and that was it. Jacob is fair, honest, kind, and very good at what he does. Trust me, you won't be disappointed if you use DFW Bumper Solutions. read more

I can't say enough great things about DFW Bumper Solutions. Jacob (I believe was his name) came to my location, took about 2/3 hours if that and before I knew it my passenger side door looked good as new. I was surprised at the process and how new it came out to look after an ugly large scrape and dent. They do everything on site (repair and paint), nothing can be more convenient. Thank you guys again! (Side story, semi on the Highway got too close during a thunderstorm and scraped the side of my door, I thought the fix would be a grand or more at least and after some quotes, DFW Bumper came out on top and I was super pleased. Let the pictures speak for itself) read more

My new car got dinged in a hit and run not even 2 weeks after I got it. Jacob and Bumper Solutions were just about the only things that went right about the whole situation. Super convenient- Jacob was able to come out to my work and get it taken care of during my shift, no leaving it for days at a shop. Very reasonable price- I paid him just less than a third of what other collision repair shops wanted for completely replacing and painting the dented corner panel and scratched front bumper. His repairs are seamless and he matched my orange paint well. I'm so happy to be able to enjoy driving around my nice new little car again. read more

I had a small dent on my rear drivers side that I had needed to get fixed. Dealing with insurance was not really the best route due to the size of the repair, deductible, and then time frame to be repaired (2 days) but every quote I got, I was told I had to replace the entire bumper! But after I found DFW Bumper Solution they definitely made it so much easier in me. Jacob came on time, fixed my bumper in just a few hours and now I'm a happy customer since I didn't have to dish out more than double to get my entire bumper replaced. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone! It will save you a lot of headaches. read more

Christian was amazing I was very nervous about them coming out to my house and fixing my rear upper bumper and quarter panel on my suv. His service was spectacular and he is very knowledgeable and mannerable. The paint job he did was amazing I feel in love with Ms. Berry all over again. He came on time and explained what he was going to do. I recommend him for any job when it comes to done to any damage on your vehicle. I saved a few hundreds of dollars calling DFW Bumper Solution. Stupendous!!! Jacob left me speechless by the quality of his work. He tranformed a couple of damaged bumpers to look as good as new .... within a few hours. The price that Jacob quoted was roughly half of what the others asked for; he was available on short notice and swung by at the agreed upon date and time and went to work on the vehicle. Jacob is an expert at his craft and possesses a niche skillset that allows him to be work with precision and meticulousness. Absoultely amazing! Thank you Jacob! read more

Jacob did amazing work for me on a 2020 Toyota Tacoma! He drove all the way out to Allen, TX for me and had it completed on spot. He made things very easy and provided quality work all around. I was truly amazed with the work he can do from his mobile unit. Jacob can save you a lot of time and money compared to body work shops that will try and hold your vehicle hostage. I highly recommend Jacob to anyone in the area who is needing professional body work done. You will not regret giving him a call! read more

I reached out them and sent photos of the damage I wanted repaired. They gave me a ballpark estimate for the work and I scheduled an appointment. They showed up at my house on time, reviewed the damage in person and confirmed their estimate and began work right way. When they were finished I couldn't tell the car had ever been damaged. Excellent work and great service; I would use them again, and recommend them to others without hesitation. read more

I'm am absolutely pleased with the work that was done with my car. I had chipped paint, a dent in my hood, cracked headlight, and my bumper was popped out. Dfw bumper solution made my car look brand new! So kind and friendly and was very accommodating to finding a time to get the work done. I had the assembly for my headlight and even though it's not in the field, they easily replaced it for me. 10/10 service. Would recommend to EVERYONE!! read more

I highly recommend this business because they are good honest people. Today I was 60 miles from home, stranded in an ATM lane with a dead battery, and Jacob stopped to help me. When my battery wouldn't accept a jump, he helped me get the new one delivered and installed. I am so thankful for my Good Samaritan who rescued me today in Denton. I will call him soon to repair the dent in my Subaru. There are still good people in this world. read more

I lowered my garage door thinking the rear hatch was down on my black SUV. It wasn't! I ended up with a very deep scratch on the lift gate that was about 10 inches long. It took about 1 hour and 45 minutes for Jacob to make it look like new . The cost was very reasonable and much less than I was quoted by a well respected body shop in Euless. I would love to include a picture but shiny black is very difficult to photograph . read more
