Steven and his partner were very professional, friendly, and courteous. Steven called thirty minutes prior to arrival and explained everything to me as they went. I was not completely happy with the scheduling experience, but this was no fault of the technicians. I was told over the phone that it would be $249 for air duct and dryer vent cleaning, but when they called to confirm and I asked how long the process would take, she said, "You only have one unit, right?" I have two units, and I was then informed that it is $249 per unit. This was not discussed with me when I made the initial appointment. The scheduler may have been new or something because I remember thinking that she did not seem very sure or knowledgable. I decided to just get one unit done but I was told that they would inspect the other unit free of charge, which they did and I appreciated that. He showed me that the upstairs units looked pretty good so there was no need to clean the ducts. My reasoning for scheduling this service was due to a reoccurring cough and allergic reactions that I have been experiencing over the last six months, and suspected it was related to the air ducts downstairs. Steven informed me that we did have mold in both units, it wasn't bad, but showed me the black spots and offered treatment. This didn't surprise me as we had a known air handler leak in the attic prior to moving in to this house. Steven also discovered evidence of a previous leak, but informed me that the people who put in the replacement did a great job cleaning up, and showed me video that he took. When they cleaned out my dryer vent they found that it was clogged, and showed me the amount of debris that they were pulling out. Steven informed me that it is usually an extra charge to unclog the vent, but he would not charge me, which I also greatly appreciated. I decided to proceed with the mold treatment, but it was very costly at $330 per floor. One unit air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and mold treatment on both units cost me almost $1000 after all was said and done. It would have been nice to have been informed by scheduling what to expect and that additional charges may come up if mold is found. Other than the cost and the scheduling issues, I was very happy with my service and would definitely use them again. They left about an hour ago and my daughter said she feels like she's breathing cleaner air already. :) read more

Rock stars from the beginning!!!!Stephen and David showed up this morning to my appointment 10 minutes early.....and called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. HUGE bonus points right away....I love a team that shows value for other peoples time! Unlike most other service professionals, they were also very conscious of keeping my door closed and watching out for my cat. Bonus two in my book!!! They cleaned all the vents and took care of the small mold issue they found right away. The pricing is very competitive, as well. Very professional, from the original quote to the duct cleaning. They explained everything to me in detail so I would understand the process. Our home had just been renovated so I was worried there would be a lot of construction dust in the ducts. Turns out, the ducts were fairly clean but the A/C unit was filthy, and in need of mold treatment. They reduced my air duct cleaning fee so the AC unit could be treated. Arizona Air Cleaners is an amazing company. David our service technician was so funny and very knowledgeable and was able to help us understand what needed to be done and why it needed to be. Very Nice people, im My house we have a problem with dust And allergies so I called and scheduled an appointment they sent to technicians it took them about an hour and a half but they inspected my entire unit and they were able to help by sanitize it and getting everything in good working order before the summer I want to do this in all my rental houses now, the AC is colder and works better read more
