We did our research on colors and when we arrived there were so many of choices! We narrowed it down and found someone who could help us. The staff made sure we purchased everything needed along with the LVP. We were purchasing enough for more than 2,000 square feet so it took us 3 trips to pick it all up. It was great that we were given that option. Since we saw that we'd do a few more projects in the future we decided to open a card and get the promotional discount for doing so. We let the staff member know we were both educators and she was super helpful. We felt the value we paid for what we purchased was spot on. While we were waiting for our items to be brought around back to the loading zone we looked around for our future home projects. The loading staff was awesome. They made sure to load everything for us quickly and made sure they stacked it safely into our SUV each trip we took to pick up all of our items. They didn't give us any time to explain what we wanted or how we wanted it done. They just brought us to the back and left us there without asking us for more explanation on what we really wanted. We walked in with our baby and the slabs they left us to look at were out in the sun and only towards the end did one of the fork lift guys tell us there was umbrellas that we could use for shade. We just felt like we were inconveniencing them by being in the store. Would not recommend this location. Go some where else that treats customers with more care

It's a 47 year old mobile home. They do that. Donovan came out and gave me an estimate that I accepted. They demolished the whole back room and half the front porch. They completed everything in eight working days. Donovan and Lee showed me what they were doing as work progressed. They kept in touch and updated the work progression, photos, and billing on a secure web site. The work they did is great! They're cool, friendly guys, too! I will seek out their services in the future if needed. The photos show the room after taking it apart, and rebuilding it.

Then they installed a solid waterproof barrier, poured a new concrete floor, repaired drywall and it is good as new. That was last month. This week, Joe Martin send his plumbing pros, Ed Ahumada, Jon & Romero to figure out a complex boondoggle which has been wasting gallons of water before hot water emerges. They are working as I write but I have complete confidence based on past experience with MasterCraft that the work will be correctly performed. Front start to finish, Mike Gast and Juan Navarro worked with me to translate my vision into the bright open studio I have been dreaming of... As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence. I can highly recommend Mastercraft and hope to use them in the near future for several other home improvement projects. I was extremely disappointed we didn't actually cook anything. Everyone was very nice but my expectations for a $100 + cooking class per person were not met considering we didn't cook anything. I was handed a packet with all the recipes for the food we were "making". The first recipe was the crab rangoon except all we did was stuff the wonton wrappers and actually put it together. Same with the bao buns. At no point were the porcupine meatballs even a thing. They were made prior, mentioned, and put on our plates. Everything was made in advance. So I paid to fill wonton wrappers and get printed out recipes I could find online. Also, we weren't even going to get to stuff the bao buns. They were going to have a group of people do each thing - 1 to stuff the buns and the other crab Rangoon except I said I wanted to do the buns too so everyone got to do a couple. Honestly the food was bland except for the bao buns. I won't be using their recipes. Truely disappointed and feel like I was swindled out of money. They should be more forthcoming about what this "cooking class" entails. It's not actually cooking.
